Olivia Munn’s bilateral breast cancer battle in 2023-2024 transformed her life, and she made a big change in order to take it easier on herself.

‘I think before all of this, I wanted to seize the day and get stuff done and have my list of to-do things,’ the 44-year-old Hit-Monkey actress told People on Tuesday night.

‘And now my to-do lists are a lot shorter. I love organizing and my house is a mess — I don’t know if it’s because of cancer treatment or because I have two children.’

Olivia (born Lisa) gives herself a lot of grace now in her ‘messy’ home with husband John Mulaney and the two children – son Malcolm Hiệp, 3; and daughter Méi June, 5 months – they welcomed via surrogate.

‘I just wake up and really kind of give myself, I call them attainable goals instead of making really big goals that you end up feeling like I fell short,’ Munn explained.

‘So I feel successful every day no matter how small it is.’

The half-Vietnamese beauty is cancer free after undergoing five surgeries – including a lymph node dissection, a double mastectomy and a hysterectomy – but she’s still ‘working through different medications.’

‘There are good days and bad days,’ Olivia noted. ‘I’m doing really good today.’

Munn went on to gush about how much the 42-year-old comedian, whom she wed last July, has supported her through her health scare.

‘He’s just the best,’ the Brett Ratner accuser said.

‘We’re so, so close, such great friends, and that bond just got even stronger with not just having children but especially going through this battle with cancer.’

Olivia continued: ‘You really don’t know who someone truly is until they’re put to the test — and there was no bigger test for me in my life so far than to find that I have cancer and go down that journey. And he’s handled it all so beautifully.’

Munn is known to administer random drug tests to ensure John remains on the road to a successful recovery following his December 2020 rehab stint for alcohol, cocaine, and pills.

The three-time Emmy winner was married to Anna Marie Tendler when he first met the University of Oklahoma grad at Seth Meyer’s 2013 wedding, and they reconnected ‘at church in LA’ in February 2021.

It was the same time the 39-year-old multidisciplinary artist had checked herself into a psychiatric hospital for self-harm and depression, which she detailed in her 2024 memoir Men Have Called Her Crazy.
