He’s gearing up to celebrate his 50th birthday in May.

The father-of-four has been posing for pH๏τographs demonstrating his hectic schedule at the gym – performing a series of press ups and pull ups.
Yet the secret to his toned figure isn’t just down to regular gym workouts.
David also said he enjoys playing padel three times a week as well as working out everyday with wife Victoria to maintain his jaw-dropping physique.
On working out with the fashion designer, David said he ‘loves’ training with her but often gives her ‘a lot of grief’ during their workout.

Asked if he is worried about turning 50 in May, David said it ‘doesn’t bother him one bit’.
He said: ‘As long as I’m fit and healthy and my family are healthy, that’s all I care about. I’m really happy. I’ve got the business and an amazing family. My kids are all working hard, and they’ve all got pᴀssions, and that’s what’s important to me.’
David shares four children – Harper, 13, Brooklyn, 25, Cruz, 19, and Romeo, 22, – with Victoria, whom have been married since 1999.
While he is also well-known penchant for fine wine, when it came to stripping down for a Boss underwear campaign last month, David had to make a sacrifice.
The former footballer revealed that he cut out alcohol for 14 weeks in order to get in peak shape for the shoot, which debuted in January 2025.
Speaking at MIP London to Bela Bajaria, Chief Content Officer of Netflix, the 49-year-old said: ‘I actually told my team, I’m not going back into my underwear. And then we signed the Boss deal.
‘And the Boss guys so nicely said, and I was under quite a bit of pressure at that point, so I agreed to it, and then I trained for 14 weeks. And someone that loves food and wine, I cut that out for 14 weeks and just went for it.’
Another key to David’s physique is ‘fitness snacking’.

This sees David undertake small bouts of exercise throughout the day as part of his normal routine.
Examples include cycling to work engagements, walking the family’s dogs, mowing the lawn, going on a hike or working in the garden.
However, the Inter Miami CF owner supplements this low-key routine with dedicated and intense workout sessions.
David commits to a variety of workouts throughout the week, typically alternating between high-intensity interval training (HITT) and running, sometimes while wearing a weighted vest for extra challenge.
Men’s publication AugustMan described his Monday workout as a quick jog followed by a number of strengthening exercises.
These include pushing sled 250 yards, 60 push-ups, rope exercises for 90 seconds, 60 kettlebell swings, and 60 squats.
David then focuses on cardio on Tuesdays, doing 10 sets of sprinting for one kilometre.
Then on Wednesday he’s back on working on his strength doing 200 squats, 150 push ups, 100 leg raises, 25 burpees, and 50 plank to push ups.

Thursday, much like Tuesday, is about running — involving 30 sets of sprinting for 20 seconds each.
Friday is a little more relaxed, consisting of a 20-to-30-minute session on the treadmill, sometimes supplemente with yoga, rock climbing, or mixed martial arts alongside his normal ‘fitness snacking’.
He then rests and recovers over the weekend, but still maintains a relatively active routine of dog walking and hiking.
But exercise is only one part of how the major star keeps in shape.
According to reports published in AugustMan, the former Manchester United midfielder starts the day with a protein and calcium-rich cheese omelette.
For lunch he opts for lean chicken alongside leafy green vegetables such as cauliflower, spinach and broccoli cooked in olive oil.
Dinner is much the same as lunch — a lean protein like poultry or fish with leafy vegetables.
He also snacks on nuts, which are packed with healthy fats alongside yoghurt and some herbal energy drinks.
David does still enjoy the occasional treat however, with his cheat meal apparently being pancakes.
Overall, his diet is still very healthy and he avoids carbohydrates like white bread, which lack fibre, as well as processed and junk food.
