Charlotte Crosby broke down in tears as she shared the terrifying moment a masked gang raided her home in a first look at her new series.

Back in November, while the 34-year-old Geordie Shore star was asleep upstairs and heavily pregnant with her second child, thieves stormed her £1million home.

The shocking incident will be featured in her upcoming Paramount+ series, Charlotte’s New Baby, which premieres on March 4.

In the trailer shared on Instagram on Monday, Charlotte is seen visibly shaken, as she tells the camera: ‘Four men have just been in the house.’

Charlotte and her fiance Jake Ankers, 34, welcomed their daughter Pixi Cecilia earlier this month and are also parents to two-year-old daughter Alba.

Ahead of the upcoming four-part series, Charlotte opened up about the ordeal to MailOnline.

She told us: ‘There’s lots of things that have happened over the past few months that are quite heavily featured, which I’ve never spoken about at all, because obviously it’s police matters. 

‘But the burglary, everything like that, the show was there. 

‘Do you know what I mean?

‘But I’ve never spoke about that with anyone. I’ve not answered any interview questions. It’s a police matter like as it stands.

‘But basically, the show was with us 24/7, whilst all this was going on.

‘So there’s lots – there’s so much in every single episode and there’s only four episodes.

‘So like, you’re kind of not going to want it to end.’

Following the ordeal, her fiance Jake took to his Instagram story to share his anger and shock at the situation.

The businessman said: ‘I can’t believe I’m saying this but some little c***s have tried to rob my house with my two-year-old and my partner who is nearly eight months pregnant, armed with a machete.’

Jake added on his story: ‘One of them who was in the house at the top of the stairs had a red balaclava on.

‘He is the one that had the machete. Me little girl’s in the house. Me partner’s in the house.’

Days later Charlotte gave fans an update on her social media, confessing that it left her ‘living in fear’.

She told her fans on Instagram: ‘I now have the BEST security in the northeast with man guards, security dogs and 24/7 surveillance.’

The star added: ‘I’ve been living in fear since last week. Not feeling safe in your own home with small children is really something else.

‘I’ve been trying my hardest to put what happened out of my head! And I’m sorry for being on here!

‘It’s just took some time dealing with everything that’s gone on and then I was in hospital!’
