Ben Affleck and his son Samuel, 12, were spotted walking two spirited German Shepherds. 

The father and son duo each held the leash of one of the dogs as they walked near Ben’s Pacific Palisades home.

Ben was dressed in a classic preppy look with his pink ʙuттon down shirt, khaki trousers and beige jacket.

Samuel, on the other hand, looked like a typical tween in blue plaid pajama pants, a grey hoodie and aviator sunglᴀsses.

The Argo director, 52, adopted one of the dogs earlier this month but was once again seen with two dogs on Sunday. 

Meant to be security dogs for his family and property, the Academy Award winner is taking the dogs’ training seriously.

Previously, he was seen with his son Samuel, 12, and two dog trainers from Trident Elite Protection Dogs.

Along with Samuel, Affleck also shares Violet, 19, and Fin, 16, with ex-wife Jennifer Garner, 52.

The sighting comes after a source close to the 52-year-old actor revealed to People that he is ‘casually dating.’ 

‘This doesn’t seem to be a focus though,’ the insider added.

They also noted that the Good Will Hunting actor is ‘very focused on work,’ saying that, ‘if he’s not filming, he spends long days at his office.’ 

The revelation comes as Ben’s divorce from his second wife, Jennifer Lopez, 55, has just been finalized.

On Friday, the former flames were declared legally single as their divorce was finalized in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

Ben, despite being left ‘exhausted’ by the dissolution of his latest marriage,  is tentatively opening himself up to dating with after support from loved ones.

‘This weight is lifted from him and he is ready to move on and date again — if the right woman comes along,’ an insider told DailyMail.com exclusively.

‘He is taking a minute because this has taken a toll on him. He is staying close to his family and his sobriety circle.’

Currently, the Air actor is gearing up to star in and direct Animals after replacing his good friend Matt Damon in the lead after he dropped out of the project. 

Per Netflix, the initial logline reads: ‘When the son of L.A. Mayoral Candidate Milo Bradford (Damon) is kidnapped, he and his wife have a few hours to come up with the ransom payment.

‘With most of their money spent on his political campaign, they have to get their hands dirty and exposing a side of their lives they never intended to see the light of day.’

Damon and Affleck are producing the project under their Artists Equity banner, alongside Dani Bernfeld. Meanwhile, the script was penned by Connor McIntyre and Captain Phillips screenwriter Billy Ray.

Production is set to kick off this April in Los Angeles, setting the stage for what could be another powerhouse film from the duo behind Good Will Hunting and Air.

While details surrounding Animals’ plot have been largely kept under wraps, the thriller is set to revolving around a kidnapping.

Adding star power to the highly anticipated film, it was announced that X-Files legend Gillian Anderson has joined the cast.

Despite Damon’s departure, fans of the dynamic duo won’t have to wait much longer to see them together again.

The pals are slated to act alongside each other in the forthcoming crime thriller RIP, set to debut on Netflix this summer.
