A dazzling number of stars graced the 56th NAACP Image Awards red carpet at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium on Saturday. 

Kerry Washington, 48, teased a hint of her toned midriff in a stunning floral gown, featuring a bandeau top and floor-length skirt. 

The Scandal star completed her look with peep-toe black heels and wore her raven tresses in soft curls. Kerry is nominated for Outstanding Actress in a Motion Picture, for her role in The Six Triple Eight. 

Meanwhile Zoe Saldana, 46, looked chic as ever in a grey silk dress with a polka dot pattern, and black heels. 

Gabrielle Union, 52, made a striking appearance in a glittering, floor-sweeping silver gown. 

The NAACP Image Awards are an annual ceremony honoring outstanding achievements and performances of Black people in film, television, music, and literature.

Her sister Chloe Bailey, 26, had all eyes on her in a dramatic black and golden gown with wing-like embellishments. 

Cynthia Erivo, 38, showcased her effortless style in a sharp pinstripe suit.

She paired the business chic look with a pair of sunglᴀsses and a number of earrings.

The Wicked star also rocked a nose ring.

Cynthia is nominated alongside Kerry in the Outstanding Actress in a Motion Picture category, for her role as Elphaba, the Wicked Witch of the West, in Wicked.
