The beauty paired the look with red lipstick and her long locks center parted and in slight waves.

Her outing comes just two weeks after she officially filed for divorce from husband Cash Warren after nearly 17 years of marriage and three children together. 

The Sin City star listed ‘irreconcilable differences’ for the reason behind their split.

The mom of three added a statement heart shaped pendant, coordinating earrings and her long locks loose around her.

Jessica was seen sharing a sweet hug with pal Eva Longoria, who looked equally chic in an all black ensemble as well.

She also posed up a storm with Lauren, as well as actress Victoria Justice.

Just two weeks prior, Jessica filed for divorce from Cash – without a prenup – after almost 17 years of marriage.

According to the legal documents, obtained by DailyMail.com, she filed with the help of Laura Wᴀsser, who is known for her high-profile clients including Jennifer Lopez, Kim Kardashian, Kevin Costner and Ariana Grande.

She noted in the filing that the exact nature of their community ᴀssets and separate property were ‘unknown,’ and ‘will be determined.’

Jessica is also set to drop the Warren surname, returning to her Alba maiden name.

Cash also filed suit after her filing, with attorney Adam Lipsic.

Both stars are asking for joint physical and legal custody of their kids Honor, 16, and Haven 13, and Hayes, 7.

They both listed their date of separation as December 27.

Although there is a huge amount on money at stake, sources told TMZ that the divorce is ‘extremely amicable.’

In 2016, Forbes estimated Alba’s net worth was around $340 million due to the success The Honest Company, which she founded in 2011.

Five years later, they retracted the report and said with her ‘6% stake (including options)’ in the brand, she ‘would only be worth just under $100 million.’

‘That is far less than the $340 million Forbes estimated she was worth when we estimated her stake to be 20% and put her on our 2016 list of America’s most successful self-made women,’ the publication explained in their correction.

Like his wife, Warren has found success as an entrepreneur after launching his underwear and sock company, Pair of Thieves, valued at around $100 million.

Alba’s money comes not just from her high-profile acting career which includes films such as Into The Blue, Honey and Sin City. But it also is from her success as the founder of Honest Company.

The Honest Company, Inc. is a consumer goods company based in Los Angeles and founded by Alba, Christopher Gavigan, and Brian Lee. The company is valued at roughly $640 million.

Among their ᴀssets is a $10M Beverly Hills mansion that they bought in 2017.

In January, the actress took to Instagram with a typed note announced the end of her marriage to Warren.

‘I’ve been on a journey of self realization and transformation for years – both as an individual and in partnership with Cash,’ began her message as she did not allow comments.

‘I’m proud of how we’ve grown in our marriage over the last 20 years and it’s now time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals.

‘We are moving forward with love, kindness and respect for each other and will forever be family.’

Alba ended with, ‘Our children remain our highest priority and we request privacy at this time,’ as she added a white heart emoji.

The actress – who has been seen without her wedding ring for months – separated from the 45-year-old film producer last year.

For weeks, fans have been expressing fears that she and Warren’s relationship was over. And there have been plenty of hints along the way.

In early January, the Honest Company founder shared an Instagram post about new beginnings. As she wished her followers a happy 2025, Jessica said she was moving on from the past.

In a large carousel of pH๏τos, not one included Cash. Most of the pH๏τos were of herself alone, her with her daughters Honor and Haven, or her with her pack of female friends.

She also posted a note about moving on from bad vibes: ‘2024 cleared the path, 2025 claims the magic.’

She also included this quote: ‘My mantra for 2025: If it messes with my peace, it’s too damn pricey. If it dims my shine, it’s got to go. If it makes me question my worth, it’s getting left in 2024. I’m entering 2025 focused and fully in my power.’

Warren previously revealed the couple split up over his overwhelming jealousy four years into their relationship.

According to a recently resurfaced E! story, Cash revealed in August 2023 on the Whine Down with Jana Kramer podcast that he was ‘really jealous’ of other guys.

She filed with the help of Kim Kardashian ‘s divorce lawyer, Laura Wᴀsser, and Cash filed immediately after with ᴀssistance from attorney Adam Lipsic; seen in September 2024

‘When we first started dating, I was really jealous of other guys and the attention she was getting from other guys,’ Cash admitted.

‘It just wasn’t making me feel good. I was always a pretty confident person in my own [life], walking my own path and really happy there,’ Cash continued.

‘Next thing you know I’m looking up and feeling jealous all the time,’ Cash spilled.

‘We broke up four years into our relationship. It was the jealousy. I was turning into an a**hole, and so we broke up,’ Cash said.
