Salma Hayek sent a loving birthday message to her step-daughter Friday.

The fashionable star, 58, shared a few flashback pH๏τos of herself with model Mathilde Pinault in honor of her 24th birthday. 

‘Happy Birthday Tildie.’ the Oscar nominee began. 

‘Wishing you a year as bright, beautiful, and full of promise as you are. So proud of the woman you’ve become! We love you♥️’

One snap showed the actress and the model dressed to the nines in evening sparkling evening dresses.

Hayak was dazzling in a electric blue strapless gown, while Mathilde looked fabulous in a strapless silver frock.

The third pH๏τo was one from about a decade ago with Hayak, Mathilde and Hayek’s daughter Valentina, now 17, working on what appeared to be a crafting project on the kitchen table.

Mathilde is the oldest child of Hayek’s husband, François-Henri Pinault, 62, and he shares the runway beauty and son Francois, 27, with his ex-wife, philanthropist  Dorothée Lepère, 59. 

The birthday girl reacted to the sweet message with a series of black heart emojis. 

Hayek is also step-mom to Augustin, 18, from Pinault’s relationship with former model Linda Evangelista, 59. 

‘I always wanted to have a lot of children, and I was not able to. My body, as a miracle, had one,” she told Red magazine in 2017.  ‘The huge blessing I’ve had is that my husband has three other children. So I have four. And they are all so different.’

Although married to one of the wealthiest men in the world, Hayek has continued to work. ‘You set an example that you are also your own person and you have to continue to grow in the field that you are working,’ she said.

The actress also disclosed in an interview with the Wall Street Journal that she and her husband, who tied the knot in 2009, keep their money separate.

Mathilde is the oldest child of Hayek’s husband, François-Henri Pinault, 62 from his first marriage. She is step-mom to Tildie along with her brother Francois, 27, and son Augustin, 18, from his relationship with model Linda Evangelista (Pictured in New York City in September 2024)

‘I support a lot of the aspects of my life and myself,’ she stated. ‘I have the pressure to make a certain amount of money, and I like it. And now, I decided, I want to make more.’

Part of those efforts was her work as an executive producer on the HBO series Like Water For Chocolate through her Ventanarosa Productions.

The show is a reimagining of Laura Esquivel’s classic novel. ‘Like Water for Chocolate is a true jewel of Latin American literature and film,’ Hayek told Variety about the series now streaming on MAX. 

‘I wanted to find a new place and way to tell this story, so that a new generation can discover it and the people who already have a relationship with the story can rediscover it in a new format.’
