Those who have watched the show have rushed to share their rave reviews.
One said on Google review: ‘I have never watched a drama where there is no romance and agony, but this one touched me so hard that I finished 12 episodes within 2 days. I enjoyed it so much. I never skipped and every story touched me.
‘If you are just skipping on this gem, you are missing a lot, my friends. This has to be one of the most unique storylines and I bet you will be hooked.
‘Watch this with your family or alone but you will feel the warmth, chill, sadness, tears and every emotion possible.’
Meanwhile others took to IMBD to share their thoughts on the series.
Another wrote: ‘Phenomenal series!!! If you’re a fan of the supernatural you’ll have to watch this.
‘The show is an emotional roller-coaster as you come to know the individual “ᴅᴇᴀᴅ” characters.
‘While you will hope for their killers to be caught and their bodies to be found, you will feel heart broken when it happens.’

‘I really loved Mr. Jang’s character, what a beautiful way to portray for father’s endless love and their quest.
‘It’s a breath of fresh air when you see most of the K-dramas revolve around some sort of a love story. Although this too has bit and pieces of love story, but that’s not all of it, which is the thing to love about this show. Highly recommend it.’
A seventh said of the show: ‘Roller coaster of emotional ride, familiar plot & beautiful scenes.’
During their time on the show, Go Soo and Huh Joon-ho developed a close friendship.
Ahead of the release of the second series back in 2022, Go Soo explained how excited he was to reunite on set during a press conference.
The actor said: ‘I feel like we have become familiar with each other.
‘We know each other so well to the point that I would know where (Huh) is standing without even looking at him.
‘So, I’m very pleased to reunite. I think we fit right into our roles and have such great chemistry.
‘During season 1, we needed some time to settle in with each other but we didn’t need that this time.

Many are desperate to know if there is going to be another series – and unfortunately it sounds like there won’t be.
Back in 2023, Kim Wook star Goo Soo said: ‘I have mixed feelings as we wrap up the long journey of Missing: The Other Side from Season 1 to Season 2.
‘While acting as Kim Wook, who connects and communicates between the living and the ᴅᴇᴀᴅ, it felt like I was standing right in the middle of various peoples’ stories.
‘I thank everyone who was with us for the great and touching project Missing: The Other Side, from the staff members, writer, director, and my co-stars.
‘I hope this remains as a project that remembers the missing who have sadly pᴀssed away, and intently listens to the stories of our neighbors, who may be similar to people we know.’
