The 41-year-old WWE sensation — who split from Artem Chigvintsev last year — discussed what she’s looking for in a man with her sister Brie Garcia on a recent episode of their SiriusXM podcast The Nikki & Brie Show.
Chatting with her twin sister and guest Rocsi Diaz, the professional athlete outlined what qualities she wants, and how she wants to be treated by her next suitor.
The episode was recorded in New Orleans last week during Super Bowl weekend, and the ladies commented on the good-looking men in the city.
Weighing the cons of dating younger, Nikki asked the women, ‘Do we want to train [less experienced men]?’ before ᴀsserting, ‘I want to be owned. I want my body rocked.’
That’s when the mom-of-one wondered aloud, ‘Where’s the retired ones? The ones that have some wisdom and age.’

Dressed in an oversize leather Eagles bomber and rocking short, glossy, red nails, Nikki noted that her ideal catch will have ‘experienced life a little bit.’

And she listened to her sister and Rocsi’s dating advice as they urged her not to date anyone who is retirement age.
‘I was gonna say, don’t do retired,’ Brie weighed in as her sister agreed, ‘You’re right. No. I’ll just do it all. Do young. I’ll do retired.’
‘Live in the moment,’ Diaz suggested.
Following her time in NOLA, Nikki took to Instagram to share a recap with her 10.5 million followers.
In a carousel post featuring images from the fun-filled weekend, she wrote, ‘You know it was crazy and wild when you can’t fit 48 hours of NOLA for Super Bowl week in 20 slides! Your girl was run down but pushed through!’
She added, ‘Always love recording @thenikkiandbrieshow from Radio Row! Incredible guests and surprises! Love my SiriusXM fam so much!’
And highlighting a live performance she enjoyed, she continued, ‘I’ve been dying to see Shaboozy live! He was amazing! #maddenbowl @easportsofficial threw one of the best Super Bowl parties I have been to in years!! Sooo much fun!’

On Monday she gushed about spending Valentine’s Day with the tot while sharing a sweet Instagram reel.
She wrote in the caption, ‘My forever Valentine. Such a magical weekend with my Tay Tay. He got to go in a H๏τ air balloon!! They are his FAVORITE! He was so happy! I was so grateful. All I want is my baby boy to be so incredibly happy.’
The exes date of separation is listed as August 29, 2024 — the same day Artem was arrested for felony domestic violence charges following an alleged altercation at their home.
In November, the retired wrestler and her ex finalized their divorce out of court.
