The former TOWIE star, 33, showed off her incredible figure in a black long sleeved gym top and matching leggings.
Styling her long blonde tresses in a neat ponytail, Kate flashed her gorgeous smile as she posed for a mirror selfie.
Meanwhile former Manchester United legend Rio rocked a black short sleeved T-shirt and shorts as he lifted weights.
In the background, Kate and Rio’s son Cree, four, looked happy as he ran around the huge gym kicking a football while Rio’s son Tate, 16, also joined the workout as he ran on a treadmill.

Kate, who married Rio in an idyllic Turkish ceremony in September 2019, moved into the property in 2017.
She has since become a doting stepmother to his three children Lorenz, 18, Tate and Tia, 13, from his previous marriage to Rebecca Ellison, who pᴀssed away in 2015.
Kate and Rio have also welcomed two children together 18-month old daughter Shae and son Cree.
It comes after Kate put on a sizzling display last week as she posed up a storm in her bra, before cosying up to her husband Rio in a sweet Instagram clip.
She displayed her toned midriff and ample cleavage as she snapped a mirror selfie, clad in a black and white lined bra layered under a black lace cardigan.
While she then slipped into a black bodysuit that featured a plunging neckline for a loved-up clip with Rio, amongst her album of snaps for her 1.4million followers.
Kate layered her one-piece under a pair of black joggers and a chunky black cable knit cardigan.
Adding a hint of glam to her relaxed ensemble, she slipped into a pair of towering fishnet stilettos.

In awe over her figure-fitting look, Rio, 46, couldn’t help but compliment his other half as he lovingly told her that he liked her outfit choice.
Dressed in white, Rio also looked classy as he joined his wife in the clip wearing white denim trousers that he paired with a matching jacket.
In keeping with his look, the football legend paired his two-piece with a crisp white T-shirt and brown loafers.
Alongside the clip, Kate also shared some of her favourite moments from the year so far as she posted a few selfies with her pals.
But it wasn’t just partying and glitzy night outs as she also posed in an array of gym sets.
Sharing her album to Instagram, she penned: ‘A little bit of work, a little bit of fun’.

Kate and the ex-footballer met back in 2016 through mutual friends while they were both on holiday in Dubai.
The couple went back to the UAE to ring in 2025 with Kate sharing a cosy snap of the pair enjoying a night out.
Alongside the post, she wrote: ‘Rio & I met 8 years ago yesterday.
‘Who would have thought that fast forward to now we would be back in the place we met, married, with 2 more beautiful children, 5 in total
‘It’s crazy to think that a chance meeting, and so many hurdles thrown our way we would be ready to see in the new year as a family of 7(just missing our Lorenz).
‘Going in to 2025 feeling very grateful and excited for what’s to come ✨’.
