Lily Allen’s ex David Harbour has a new girlfriend – Ellie Fallon who is an aspiring model and actress 22 years younger than him.

The Stranger Things star, 49, is thought to have known Ellie, who has just turned 27, for several months. It was Ellie who accompanied him on his New Year trip to India, where he was spotted by fans with a ‘mystery woman’, according to an insider.

Lily and David split earlier this year after the singer, 39, caught him using a celebrity dating app.

While Ellie has just five posts on her Instagram shared with her 10.6K followers they show off her glamorous lifestyle.

On her social media profile this weekend Ellie looked to be on a glamorous shoot with her hair and makeup being done by a team.

Another snap shows her putting on a busty display in a plunging black blazer as she fixes the camera with a sultry stare.

And her stripped back profile appears to give away one big clue about when the pair might have connected. 

Friends say that Lily, 39, is aware of the romance and is ‘very upset’ after seeing provocative pictures of Ellie smoking one of Harbour’s favourite brands of cigar.

The social media sH๏τ of Ellie was uploaded in October – several weeks before Harbour and Lily decided to separate.

Ellie is believed to have met Harbour in the US city of Atlanta, where the actor has been living for a year to film the fifth and final series of Stranger Things.

Her most recent post from two weeks ago shows her putting on a glamorous display in a black lace dress and head piece while sporting dark eye makeup.

A source said of Ellie and David’s blossoming romance: ‘Lily is aware of the romance and has been very upset.

A cigar connoisseur, Harbour is often spotted puffing on one in public. He was pictured by The Mail on Sunday smoking one a month ago, during a walk with Hollywood actress Scarlett Johansson.

The actor – who is said to have called time on his marriage in December – attended the Critics Choice Awards in LA last Friday night without his wedding ring on.

It was his first appearance since his split from Lily became public.

Arriving on the red carpet alone, he appeared to be in good spirits, smiling as he posed for pH๏τos. 

Meanwhile, Lily has returned to New York to see her two children and is planning to return with them to London.

‘She feels so much better for having drowned out all the noise,’ added the source. 

‘She now believes that whatever David is doing with his life is his business.

‘He obviously has his own issues he needs to work through and it’s got nothing to do with her any more.’

The former couple met on celebrity dating app Raya in 2019 and married in Las Vegas a year later after a whirlwind romance.

However, last December he was spotted at a temple in the Himalayas with a then unnamed mystery woman after pulling out of a safari with Lily and her two daughters.

The traumatised pop singer went on to spend most of last month at a £10,000-a-week clinic in America.

This week she revealed that she had been experiencing ’emotional turmoil’ and is ‘highly medicated’ on antidepressants.

She said: ‘I’m not saying I’m 100 per cent there but I’m definitely in a stronger place.’
