Renee Zellweger seemingly hid her ring finger once again amid Ant Anstead engagement rumors as she arrived back to Los Angeles on Friday. 

The Chicago actress, 55 – who recently concealed the same finger earlier this week – could be seen at LAX airport on Valentine’s day as she retrieved her luggage from baggage claim. 

The star has been busy promoting her new romantic comedy Bridget Jones: Mad About The Boy – which officially released in theaters on Friday. 

Zellweger wore a bandage on her ring finger as she carried a black suitcase in her hands. 

She kept it casual by donning a pair of light gray trousers as well as a black jacket that was zipped up at the front. 

The Oscar winner completed the outfit by slipping into a pair of comfy sneakers and added an orange cap on top of her blonde locks that were styled into a simple up do.

Late last month in January, Renee first sparked speculation that Anstead may have popped the big question when she attended the London premiere of the Bridget Jones sequel. 

At the time, she also covered up her ring finger and she was later accompanied by her partner as they stopped by an after party together. 

And this week on Wednesday, Zellweger opted to conceal her finger once again with bandages at the NYC premiere of the movie. 

The actress and the British TV presenter first crossed paths in 2021 when the actress made a special appearance on Ant’s Discovery+ show тιтled, Celebrity IOU: Joyride.

She has previously dated stars such as Bradley Cooper and also musician Doyle Bramhall II from 2012 until their split in 2019.

She tied the knot with Kenny Chesney in 2005, but the marriage was annulled four months later.

Ant Anstead shares two children, daughter Amelie, 21, and son Archie, 18, from his first marriage, and another son, Hudson, five, with fellow TV personality, Christina Haack. The two were married from 2018 until their divorce was finalized in 2021. 

Fans have speculated that Renee and Ant may have already secretly tied the knot due to Anstead calling the actress his ‘missus’ on social media.

While the couple have mainly kept their relationship out of the public eye, Renee made rare comments about her partner during an interview with British Vogue last month. 

She opened up about how Anstead had influenced where she has chosen to live while talking to the outlet.

‘I live in Southern California, near San Diego, because that’s where my fellow lives, and his little boy,’ Zellweger explained.

Back in April 2023, a source told People that the pair had, ‘found a house that they both love and are moving in together.’

‘They are very happy and in love. They have tried to keep their relationship private and low-key because of Hudson,’ the insider further gushed.

And one month earlier, a separate source told People that, ‘Ant is very happy with Renee. He really loves her.’ 

The insider expressed that they live a ‘quiet family life’ and added, ‘They spend a lot of time at home. It’s a very normal relationship and both are committed long-term.’ 

Renee has been keeping busy and has been promoting her new movie Bridget Jones: Mad About The Boy – which is the fourth film in the franchise. 

The premise is: ‘Bridget Jones navigates life as a widow and single mum with the help of her family, friends, and former lover, Daniel.’

She recalled how her ‘mic pack fell off when we were doing a television show and it was sliding down my back and luckily it got caught in my skirt!’ 

The star then added that the motto of ‘faking it ’til you make it’ is ‘really just doing it, isn’t it? And not judging yourself as you do it. It’s just doing it, right?’

Renee further gushed about the character and expressed, ‘I love how open she is. I love her physicality, I love that she walks like a good person and she’s open to everything…and I love that she’s constantly, authentically charming and herself.’
