Amber Turner has revealed how she maintains her jaw-dropping physique as she gears up for the next season of The Only Way Is EsSєx.
The 31-year-old reality star, who relocated to Dubai last year, just returned from filming the next season of TOWIE in Bali.
Amber has long been known for her pᴀssion for fitness and has always kept in top shape throughout her years on TV.

While she mostly remains dedicated to her strict diet, Amber says she makes sure to let lose and eat pasta and pizza in moderation.
She revealed her workout regime hasn’t always been up to scratch, admitting she ‘lived on junk food and never go to the gym’, pre lockdown.

Speaking about her exercise and diet routine, Amber told MailOnline: ‘I am a proper gym girl. I do Barry’s and Pilates a lot. They are my two things.
‘Since lockdown I did a deep lifestyle change with the food I eat and exercise that I do… and what I put into my body.
‘It changed so much. I used to live on junk food and never go to the gym. Now I go to the gym and eat really clean.
‘I eat a lot of veg and fruit and it is something I’ve managed to maintain for a good while now. I am so used to it. It doesn’t feel like it is a diet, they are just the foods that I want to eat.
‘That is the hardest part about having a lifestyle change is changing your habits. The girls do take the mick out of me because when I go out it is chicken and veg and mash. I just love it.
‘Everyone’s favourite food is pasta. Of course it is everything in moderation, but I look forward to chicken, mash and vegetables!
‘I am eating more pasta and pizza out here than I have eaten in a very long time! I am out of my routine and my normal food is not here.’
Last year, Amber and boyfriend Archie Chandler, 30, celebrated her birthday last month with a luxurious trip to Dubai.

After staying at A-list H๏τel Atlantis The Royal and being treated to a bouquet of 200 roses, a rose petal bath, and champagne, Amber said she felt like the ‘luckiest girl ever.’
A source told MailOnline: ‘Amber is happier than ever, she’s finally found someone who treats her properly following years of feeling let down.’
‘She has known Archie for months now and the pair have often spent time together in Dubai but she’s still taking their relationship slowly.’

Amber’s romance with Archie is her first relationship since she split from Dan Edgar, 34, who she dated on and off for six years.
Despite sharing a home and dog together, the exes decided to go their separate ways for good in 2023.
