The fashion designer, 50, wowed in her signature black suit which featured an oversized blazer and low-waisted trousers.
She teamed the chic ensemble with a white bodysuit that gave a glimpse of her hips.
Victoria, who married husband David in the Irish city in 1999, opted for a radiant palette of make up and waved her fresh cut tresses.
The mum-of-four looked in high spirits as she posed for snaps at the store and with the employees.
She was in Dublin to promote her eponymous beauty line, which became available in Ireland last September.

Speaking at the event, she said visiting the capital is ‘always such a treat’.
The beauty told the Irish Times: ‘I’ve been here a few times. I was here a few years ago, and it’s always such a treat to come to Dublin… I got married here, can you believe that?
‘I got married in Dublin a long, long time ago so it’s always great to come back.’
Brown Thomas is one of Ireland’s most upmarket department stores, located in the heart of its capital, and boasts a wide range of luxurious designer stores.
It comes after Victoria brought back her iconic ‘Posh bob’ as she unveiled her new short hairdo in an Instagram post just earlier in the day.
Taking to her Instagram Stories, the Spice Girl provided fans with an update ahead of a trip to Dublin on the same day, after she joined her husband David at a lavish dinner hosted by King Charles and Queen Camilla last week.
Speaking from what appeared to be her living room, she debuted a shoulder-length hairstyle in tousled waves adding a blonde ombre dye to her brunette locks.
The fashion designer wore a violet collared jumper over a magenta base layer as she addressed the camera.

In the short clip she teased her upcoming visit to Ireland, saying: ‘So I am about to leave London heading to Ireland, going to Dublin today visiting Brown Thomas in Grafton Street.
‘At three o’clock today I will be talking all things beauty and I can’t wait.
‘Excited. See you all in Dublin.’
On Friday the star took centre stage as she engaged with a beaming King Charles during a star-studded royal dinner, wearing her long, brown hair in a ponytail.
The singer wore one of her own dazzling designs as she conversed with the monarch in front of her proud husband David.
Victoria and her former England footballer spouse were surprise guests among a slew of celebrities at Highgrove, the King’s private home in Gloucestershire, to promote Anglo-Italian relations.
Other famous guests included Italian designer Donatella Versace and Hollywood stars Helen Mirren and Stanley Tucci.
Victoria, who stunned in a floaty white gown, was locked in deep conversation with the King, who was listening to her intently as David watched on in the background before the three broke into laughter.

David was last year announced as an ambᴀssador of the King’s Foundation, the charity which runs Highgrove, and has even had private meetings with His Majesty, bonding over a shared love of the countryside and, surprisingly, bee-keeping.
Fortunately the 49-year-old didn’t have to travel far for his consultations with King Charles as his own sprawling estate is just a 30 minute drive away in the Cotswolds.
The event had been designed to mark the King and Queen’s forthcoming State Visits to the Holy See and the Republic of Italy in early April, which were announced last week.
The King was introduced to the trio early in the evening as Victoria dropping an elegant curtsey.
David told him how proud he was of his role as a King’s Foundation ambᴀssador and thanked him for the opportunity to get involved.
Victoria admired the work of his students, telling him: ‘The workmanship and the craftsmanship is phenomenal.’
