Gogglebox star Amy Tapper revealed her incredible five-stone weightloss journey as she shared an inspirational before-and-after snap to Instagram on Wednesday.
The TV personality, 24, who joined the ITV show in 2013, looked happy as she posed in a тιԍнт-fitting white vest top.
Posing for a mirror selfie, Amy took a snap wearing a similar black and white ensemble to what she did in 2022 to highlight her impressive journey.
Amy has lost a significant amount of weight over the last three years after adopting a healthier lifestyle.
She wrote that she is ‘proud of herself’ and never thought she was going to reach her milestone.
The reality star – who quit Gogglebox back in 2018 – posted in the caption: ‘Officially 5 stone down and I couldn’t be happier. Never thought I’d be able to reach this milestone so I think I can say I’m proud of myself.

The show instantly propelled her into the public eye and the scrutiny of cruel social media trolls.
Amy admitted she would often type her name into Twitter as new episodes of Gogglebox aired, only to see trolls making negative comments about her weight.
