Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss’ family is preparing to take legal action against his widow Allison Holker.
On Wednesday, his mother Connie Boss Alexander followed up on her previous statement she released over the weekend calling out Holker for the ‘misleading and hurtful claims made about’ the late star.
Boss’ mother and the rest of their loved ones, under the collective name The Boss Family, have now shared an additional statement slamming Holker and threatening to take legal action.
Recently, his loved ones claimed they were blindsided over Holker’s tell-all interview and recently published memoir, This Far, that revealed intimate details of Boss’ life.
In a post shared on her Instagram page, she and the rest of Boss’ family said they condemn the ‘unproven statements published in Allison’s memoir’ and, therefore, have ‘decided to seek legal counsel to examine this matter.’
This comes shortly after Boss’ brother claimed the late star once told him that he felt ‘silenced’ in his marriage.

‘We, the Boss Family, are completely appalled by the misleading accounts and inconsistencies in Allison’s book,’ the statement began.
‘As a family, we have repeatedly shown compᴀssion toward Allison despite her disrespectful and evasive actions since Stephen’s pᴀssing,’ the family of former staff member of the Ellen DeGeneres Show stated about his widow.
‘Her portrayal of Stephen appears to reshape his story into a narrative that aligns with her perspective,’ they continued.
‘These statements, along with her insensitive opinions about mental health, add unnecessary hurt during an already difficult time.’
The family said there are ‘a lot of unanswered questions’ so they have decided to take legal action to investigate Holker’s claims in her newly published memoir.
‘Stephen does not deserve this treatment, in life or death, and her accounts cause us to doubt everything she has uttered publicly and privately.
‘Due to the unproven statements published in Allison’s memoir, we have decided to seek legal counsel to examine this matter,’ the statement read.
