Jennifer Garner and her ex Ben Affleck have been spending time together amid his divorce from Jennifer Lopez, but sources close to the Alias star insist she’s not rekindling a romance with Ben. 

The 52-year-old actress, who shares Violet, 19, Fin, 16, and Samuel, 12, with Affleck, is content with her current relationship with CEO John Miller, despite the latter’s support of Affleck during his split, according to UsWeekly sources.

‘Everything is fine with John and Jen,’ an insider revealed Wednesday, dismissing recent rumors that Miller, 47, might feel threatened by his girlfriend’s ongoing bond with Affleck, 52. ‘Those close to them haven’t heard of any issues.’

The source further revealed that while Garner, who began dating Miller in 2018 shortly after her divorce from Ben, maintains a cordial coparenting relationship with Affleck, she is also involved with Miller’s children from his previous marriage. 

In fact, Miller even discussed buying a home near Garner’s before the devastating Los Angeles wildfires broke out last month.

‘[John] spends a lot of time [at her house],’ noted the insider. ‘He sometimes even drives Jen to set in the morning.’

Just last week, the couple shared a warm embrace in the middle of the street on a rare sighting out together. 

At one point, the 52-year-old mother of three was spotted pulling Miller, 47, into a hug as they shared a heartfelt goodbye.

For their relaxed outing, the Golden Globe winner chose a black hoodie and green leggings with white racing stripes down the sides.

Miller, who is the chairman of CaliGroup, kept it effortless in a light blue flannel shirt and jeans.

Their sighting comes just a day after reports broke that Miller feels uncomfortable about the close bond between Jen and Ben.

A source told Page Six that Miller ‘isn’t thrilled’ about how much time the exes spend with each other. 

The insider explained that Miller ‘knows Ben and Jen have been leaning on each other more than ever lately and have a really close relationship.’ 

Miller reportedly feels that ‘their growing bond is getting to be a bit much when Ben spends all the holidays with them like Christmas and Thanksgiving.’

‘John feels like a third wheel,’ the insider claimed. 

The outlet reported that the former duo ‘text, call, and communicate far more than they have over the past several years’ in the wake of his divorce from Jennifer Lopez.

‘It used to be solely about the kids, but John feels like it could be more than just about their coparenting relationship,’ the insider alleged.

They added: ‘He doesn’t feel threatened in terms of Jen ever getting back with Ben, but at the same time it’s hard not to feel jealous when it’s clear they have a strong connection and friendship.’

‘Particularly since Ben’s divorce and with the LA fires and everything going on,’ the exes ‘have found themselves leaning on each other more than ever, ‘ Page Six reported.

Last week, it was revealed that Garner is pressuring Affleck to ‘grow up.’

‘Jen has a huge amount of sway with Ben these days, so she does feel quite obligated to police his behavior, particularly when it comes to the way he’s been treating JLo,’ In Touch reported.

‘He’s been so impatient with her and actually quite ungrateful, at least in Jen’s view.’

Meanwhile, Jen and John have mostly kept their relationship out of the spotlight.

Last month, Jen was spotted with a diamond ring on her left ring finger prompting speculation that she and John had gotten engaged.
