Love Island All Stars fans were left cringing after Ekin-Su Culculoglu wrote ‘I love you’ in Curtis Pritchard’s breakfast as part of an awkward birthday celebration during Monday’s episode. 

The star, 30, did her best to show Curtis and the rest of the villa just how much the dancer means to her as she wrote her beau, 29, a letter stating she was ‘glad he was born’.

And while Ekin appeared proud of her two artful plates of fruit and vegetables, her fans were left wincing at her colourful attempt too woo her man.

After Ekin-Su dished out her gift, she told Curtis: ‘I like watching you eat’, to which he responded that he wished it was his birthday everyday. 

For her creation, Ekin-Su used chopped pieces of fruit to write ‘I <3 U' on one plate and then plated up toast and scrambled egg on another. 

Their loved up display is one of many that the duo have thrust themselves into as they recently left their fellow islanders in a frenzy following a very saucy display during the Heart Rate challenge. 

A staple of the show since 2018, the challenge saw the girls don revealing outfits to turn up the heat, while the boys followed suit by oiling up and stripping off.

However, in the heat of the challenge, she kissed Sammy Root, which didn’t sit well with Elma Pazar as Ekin-Su agreed not to kiss her man during the challenge.
