Anne Hathaway left fans in hysterics with her wild reaction to Philadelphia Eagles’ dramatic Super Bowl win on Sunday which saw her dancing and cheering in the stands. 

The Les Misérables star, 42, attended the NFL’s yearly spectacle in New Orleans as the Eagles defeated the Kansas City Chiefs and seemed to have the time of her life.

During the game, she cheered on the Philadelphia-based side as she wore a white ʙuттon-down tank top with a bright green sweater draped around her shoulders.

Cameras caught her beaming and even performing a few moves as the Eagles continued to score throughout the night. 

New York-born Anne’s love of the NFL’s premier team stems from the fact both of her parents went to school in the Pennsylvania city.

The Eagles beat the Chiefs 40-22 in a rematch from the 2023 Super Bowl, where the Chiefs took home the Lombardi Trophy. 

The Philadelphia team crushed the Chiefs’ hopes to make history with a ‘threepeat’ – winning three Super Bowls in a row.

Although Anne may have been rooting for the Eagles, she once expressed her love for The New York Giants.

She spoke about her support during an appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon in 2015, when Jimmy pointedly asked her how the team was doing.

‘We’re doing fine,’ Hathaway responded. ‘You know what this season reminds me of? It reminds me of the 2007 season when we started 0 and 2 and ended up with a ring.’

She joked that it was all up to Eli Manning, who played for the team for 16 seasons.

‘Take it home, buddy,’ she joked.
