Kris Jenner is selling her family home. 

The Kardashians matriarch has decided it is time to say farewell to the palatial home where she and her family welcomed the world during their hit reality show Keeping Up with the Kardashians. 

The reality star, 69, who reportedly spent millions renovating the large property told the New York Times, ‘I’ve shared so many unforgettable memories in this incredible home with my family, and I’m excited to see it start a new chapter with its next owners.’

The 8,860-square-foot property has been listed for $13.5 million. It’s located in the tony area of Hidden Hills and features six en suite bedrooms and two additional bathrooms. 

The primary suite provides spa-like experience complete with a bath with a steam shower, a private gym and a balcony overlooking the property. 

The famous mansion provided the setting for numerous scenes in KUWTK throughout its run from 2007 to 2021.

Jenner bought the property in 2010 for $4 million dollars and has reportedly put millions of dollars of renovations into it since then

The suite also includes a wet bar and a fireplace.   

In the kitchen, the meals can be prepared on a black La Cornue French range.

The butler’s pantry includes a  personal frozen yogurt machine. 

Outside, the home includes perfectly manicured landscaping.

The pool area is inviting with a water fall at one end and a whirlpool at the other. 

There’s an outdoor barbeque and dining area that can seat all of the family and quite a few friends.  

The outdoor seating area includes a fireplace for cool evenings. 

After finalizing her divorce from former spouse Caitlyn Jenner, 73, Kris put the property into a family trust, according to the NYTimes.

Tomer Fridman of Christie’s International Real Estate Southern California currently holds the listing for the mansion.

In 2021 Jenner could be seen bidding a fond farewell to her days on Keeping Up With The Kardashians as she was feeling nostalgic for her ‘old house’ – the famous Hidden Hills mansion where the reality show was largely filmed in earlier seasons.

In footage released by E! the matriarch enjoyed breakfast there with a couple of her daughters not long before the show finally ended in June.

‘I love it here,’ said the mother of six to her daughter Khloe as she fried up some bacon for them in the kitchen. ‘This is where my heart is.’

She shared: ‘I know all the little nooks and crannies, I know all the little noises, I know every creak on the steps – the black and white checkered floors, the white countertops and the La Cornue stove.’

Flashback clips abounded, including of the Roaring Twenties themed party that Kris’ daughters threw for her 60th birthday.

Kris was also seen telling her daughter Kim: ‘I know how the door opens and closes in the middle of the night and this is my home base. I feel good here.’

‘Yeah, I mean a lot has gone down in this house, especially in this kitchen,’ said Kim as throwback footage played of her there during one of her pregnancies.

The home became instantly recognizable to fans, particularly for its checkered floors which People reports were installed by interior designer Jeff Andrews. 

Jenner has since moved to a lavish $20 million home in Calabasas.
