She also shared a mix of moments, from food snaps to a sH๏τ of her leg covered in mosquito bites, and even playful pics with the camera crew.
Zara captioned the snaps: ‘BANGKOK YOU WERE SPECIAL❤️ from my first ever cheese and ham toastie from 7/11, the mango sticky rice, and even the mosquito bites (all 700 of them❤️).
‘I am so grateful to call this work and my job. This documentary series is going to be beyond incredible, thanks to my amazing production team who have made this possible. Next stop, Pattaya, Koh Phangan & Phuket!’
It comes just days after Zara took to TikTok to share a taste testing clip with her followers after paying a visit to the famous 7 Eleven supermarket.
Addressing her fans, Zara admitted she was exhausted as she began: ‘I’ll be really honest I haven’t slept in two days because I have been travelling to Thailand.
‘I can’t tell you how tired I am, I feel like I am in a dream right now that’s how tired I am.’
Trying a range of unusual snacks, Zara started with some salted egg flavoured Lays crisps which received a positive review as she remarked: ‘Actually really nice, doesn’t taste like egg’.
The star’s favourite was a green sponge cake filled with cream as Zara told fans: ‘Anyone who knows me knows I love all things cake’.

However not all her purchases received such a positive review after she said the mango rice bites both ‘looks and tastes like a bath bomb’.
She also tried a what looked like a watermelon lollipop as she exclaimed: ‘Ugh that texture is disgusting.
‘No, I don’t know what that is, it’s like a gelatine thing but it has got something inside it. That’s rank.’
Finally she tried a dried kiwi slice which tasted nothing like the fruit as she cried: ‘How can they sell that? That tastes like meat, it actually tastes like beef.’
It comes after it was revealed earlier this month that Zara had bagged herself a brand new BBC documentary series after her split from Sam.
The Made In Chelsea star, 32, and former Love Island star were reported to have parted ways after five years together last month.
And just days after Zara appeared to reveal that she had moved out of their Chelsea home, the BBC confirmed that she will be heading to Thailand for an upcoming documentary series that is set to air on BBC Three and BBC iPlayer in 2025.
The series will kick off in bustling Bangkok before heading to some popular party islands as Zara explores the destination which has become a popular tourist spot for young Brits.

Her main aim for the documentary is to discover why thousands of young Brits flock to the exotic location every year.
From backpackers to those who are seeking longer-term roots – the new documentary will unearth the secrets of the vast and varied country.
Speaking to the BBC, Zara revealed that she is excited to explore a new country: ‘I’m excited to discover a country that so many young people like me are heading to right now.’
‘There’s clearly a fascination with the nightlife, parties and stunning beaches – but there seems to be other intriguing reasons people are going to Thailand and staying.’
And just days before her flight to Thailand Zara was seen enjoying a night out with her friends at Chiltern Firehouse in London.
Zara looked to be embracing single life as she partied at the celebrity H๏τspot with her pals before getting a taxi home in the early hours.
It comes after last week, Sam revealed he is grateful for his sister Louise Thompson living next door as he opened up about his ‘amazing’ support system as he continues to go through a ‘hard time’.
While neither he or Zara have publicly confirmed the break-up, the I’m A Celebrity star said he is glad his sister Louise, her partner Ryan Libbey and their son Leo, live so close.
Just days after their split was announced Zara appeared to reveal that she had moved out of their Chelsea home (pictured with Sam in March 2024)
Sam told The Mirror that he gets his ‘biggest comforts’ from going round to his sister’s house and despite it being ‘manic’ it gives him a ‘warm and cosy’ feelings while going through the ‘tough time’.

He said: ‘It’s amazing having Louise there and she’s an amazing mum. One of my biggest comforts, if I’m ever going through a hard time, is my neighbours next door.’
‘I live my life at a very fast pace and there’s a lot going on, so when I go to their place it’s just such a family unit and it’s a beautiful place to be. Louise is running after Leo, my nephew, and Ryan’s running after Louise – it’s all manic madness, but it’s so warm and cosy and lovely.’
Despite Sam living a very happy go get ’em life he admitted it isn’t always so cheery and that when he ‘struggles’ he finds going to therapy and ‘talking to people’ helps.
He continued: ‘Sometimes I’m a victim of people saying ‘Oh he never turns off’, of course I turn off but I’m just very lucky to do what I do.
‘I talk to people about struggling a lot actually. I go to therapy, I’ve been going to therapy for years, I do loads of stuff. For someone like me, it’s really better to talk about how I feel and I’ll never, I’ll never stop that.’
