Katie Holmes showed off her talent for casual elegance when she led the stars at Christian Siriano’s Fall/Winter 2025 show for New York Fashion Week on Thursday.

The 46-year-old stage and screen star paired a shimmering satin skirt and blouse with a darker jacket for a striking yet low-key look, following her appearance at Michael Kors’ Madison Avenue store opening.

She was joined on the red carpet at Chelsea Industrial by several of film and television stars, including Orange Is The New Black actresses Danielle Brooks and Laverne Cox, Tiffany Haddish and Dancing With The Stars co-host Julianne Hough.

Katie posed in front of a lovely red floral backdrop while wearing a modest white satin blouse and a lustrous beige satin skirt that was ruffled and featured a diagonal seem running across the front.

She added a playful touch by covering up the items with a black satin jacket with wide, peaked lapels, which looked as if it could have been part of a tuxedo set. 

The Dawson’s Creek star left the single-ʙuттon jacket open so that her blouse and skirt could shine through, and she accessorized with a braided black leather handbag that contrasted the smooth texture of her clothing.

Katie completed her ensemble with a pair of shiny, pointy-toe black boots.

Danielle Brooks also favored a shimmering outfit for her red carpet appearance, though her dress had significantly more texture than Katie’s.

She was dressed in a gorgeous copper-colored dress with a cut-out emphasizing her cleavage.

The long-sleeve dress featured a high collar going up to her chin, and it had delicate ruching running all down her midriff and thighs. 

Her dress had a slight train behind her, and she paired it with black open-toe heels.

She wore her long, raven locks styled pin straight and swept down over her shoulder.

Tiffany Haddish favored an edgier sheer black dress that covered her whole body.

The What We Do In The Shadows actor Harvey Guillén stood out in a blue velvet tuxedo with peaked satin lapels and a satin cummerbund. He wore it with a large black bow tied around his neck and a sheer beige shirt that made it look as if he was shirtless.

Julianne and Katie were joined by Whoopi Goldberg — in a black-and-white striped sport coat, black jeans and red casual boots — and Natasha Bedingfield — in a gold striped jacket

Coco Rocha was among the models walking the red carpet. She was dressed in an eye-catching scarlet off-the-shoulder dress with a bustier-like bodice and a shockingly voluminous skirt

Natasha Bedingfield stood out in a long golden coat with tonal stripes, which showed off her toned legs.

Outside the venue, Laverne Cox arrived in an outfit that looked as if it was inspired by Grace Jones. 

She rocked a slim black bodysuit with puffy gray sequin-covered sleeves, and she showcased her fit legs in black stockings culminating in dangerously pointy black stilettos. 

She wore an intricate chandelier-like necklace and dagger-like dangling earrings, as well as an edgy red bob.
