Kim Kardashian feels ‘really conflicted’ about her daughter’s burgeoning career. 

The 44-year-old star has adopted the ‘momager’ role for North, her 11-year-old daughter, but Kim has admitted to having mixed feelings about it.

In a new clip from The Kardashians Kim talks about the stressful position she has been put in after her ex-husband Kanye West made their kid a rap star.

‘I thought I was busy before. North, me having to be her momager right now is crazy,’ said the SKIMS founder.

‘It’s just, it was not on my list. It was not on my bingo card for this year.’ 

Managing North’s career has already proven to be more time-consuming for Kim than she imagined.

The brunette beauty – who also has Saint, nine, Chicago, seven, and Psalm, five, with ex-husband Kanye West – said: ‘If she has a shoot, I have to be there all day, so it’s like her or me.’ 

Kim admitted that she’s struggled to find a healthy balance in recent months. 

She shared: ‘I’m really conflicted on my daughter’s career, so we’re going to talk about that soon.

‘I just really want to make sure that everything’s really well balanced. All of the work experiences are balanced out with just enough fun life experiences. I just want balance.’

In 2024, North starred as Young Simba in a production of The Lion King, while she also featured on Kanye’s Talking / Once Again. 

Kim was over the moon earlier this week after North celebrated a stunning new achievement.

Kim celebrated with her 358 million Instagram followers after North reportedly earned her first top-10 hit on the charts.

In January, the 11-year-old nepo baby was featured on FKA Twigs’ critically acclaimed album EUSєxUA.

She shocked fans when she delivered a rapped verse in Japanese on the singer’s song Childlike Things.

And on Tuesday, Billboard’s charts account announced on social media that FKA Twigs’ latest album had debuted ‘five songs on this week’s H๏τ Dance/Pop Songs chart.’ 

Among those was the North-featuring Childlike Things, which placed at number six, seemingly giving North her first top-10 hit.

The accomplishment comes nearly a year after Kim first celebrated North’s milestone of being one of the youngest artists ever to appear on the Billboard H๏τ 100 singles chart, thought the song stalled out at number 30.

The reality icon was clearly proud of the rising music star after reposting the news, but she refrained from commenting in more depth.

North previously showed off her Japanese skills when she appeared on her father Kanye West’s widely derided song Bomb.

Both she and her younger sister Chicago West, seven, earned verses on the tune.

North had a short verse in which she rapped some rudimentary Japanese, while Chicago had a more substantial verse.

However, fans weren’t particularly enthralled with Bomb, which was featured on Kanye and Ty Dolla Sign’s collaborative album Vultures 2.

The fan derision only increased when Kanye released a video for the single that featured North and Chicago driving through a Mad Max–like post-apocalyptic wasteland while being chased by cartoonish monsters.

Viewers immediately spotted the telltale signs of an AI-generated video, including only occasional likenesses to North and Chicago and cars that seemed to change shape while driving across the desert.

FKA Twigs’ fans were more receptive to North’s verse on Childlike Things, though she still earned mixed reviews on social media.

However, listeners were the ultimate judge, and they helped the North-ᴀssisted song score a hit position on the dance charts.

While landing the cover of Interview Magazine last year, North opened up about visiting Japan in the past. 

In regard to what she ‘loves’ about the country, North explained, ‘Everything. Everybody’s style is on point. Or New York, because the streetwear there is — yes. And New York is really fun.’

A few months earlier, North expressed her desires to release her debut studio album which would be inspired by Kanye’s 2004 LP, The College Dropout. 

She made the big announcement at a Vultures 2 listening party in Arizona with her father — who also goes by Ye — standing nearby on stage. 

‘Hi, it’s Northie, and I’ve been working on an album. And it’s called Elementary School Drop Out,’ she revealed to cheers from the crowd.
