Barry Keoghan reunited with the donkey from The Banshees Of Inisherin for the Super Bowl 2025 ad campaign. 

The actor, 32, appeared in a new commercial alongside the donkey – called Don Mosley – who was in need of a website to support his budding acting career. 

Saltburn star Barry uses Squarespace to create the site, saying to Don: ‘Hey this is big Mosley, big game commercial. Old Hollywood, eh darling? 

‘You’re gonna need a publicist aren’t you? A publicist and an agent. Have you got a website? I’ll get you a website. I know the one.’

Deciding on the domain name, he adds: ‘Donkey.actor, no, that could be any actor. No you’re right, DonMosley.com.’

The actor is then seen creating the website for the donkey and, satisfied with the results, says: ‘Ok, that’s alright. Website, yeah? I think you’re good.’

A Squarespace statement read: ‘Barry brings his signature charm and depth to this campaign, celebrating creativity and entrepreneurship in a way that is both striking and unexpected.’ 

Barry’s most recent film Bring Them Down was released in September 2024 and he has a slew of new projects coming up.

The Dublin native will next be seen in the psychological thriller Hurry Up Tomorrow due to be released in May and he will also star in the Peaky Blinders film The Immortal Man alongside show star Cillian Murphy.

In December, he was spotted filming another upcoming project, Crime 101, in Los Angeles.

Details for Crime 101 are being kept тιԍнтly under wraps, but the original short story ‘follows high-level jewel thefts taking place up and down the Pacific Coast that police have linked to Colombian cartels.’

He will star alongside Chris Hemsworth, Halle Berry, and Mark Ruffalo in the film, which is set to be released in 2025.

The Banshees of Inisherin director Martin McDonagh previously recalled visiting Barry in hospital as he battled the infection.

Martin told the February issue of GQ: ‘I’m not sure if he was on a lot of meds, but he seemed to shrug it off.

‘We were only about four days out from shooting, and his arm was puffed up. But he was like, ‘Yeah, no, I’m going to be fine—I’ll see you on Tuesday’.’

However, Martin added: ‘I went to the hospital thinking, s**t is he going to die? Let alone, is he going to make the movie. But I came out of there energised and looking forward to it.’

Barry recently deleted his social media in the wake of his split from singer Sabrina Carpenter.

The actor was hit with allegations he had cheated on the Espresso hitmaker with OnlyFans influencer Breckie Hill.

The actor later deactivated his Instagram entirely and posted a lengthy statement on his verified X account, saying his name had been ‘dragged across the internet.’

He said he deactivated his Instagram because he could no longer, ‘let this stuff distract from my family and work,’ though he didn’t confirm or deny the cheating allegations.

Barry went on: ‘I have to respond now because it’s getting to a place where there are too many lines being crossed.’

‘I deactivated my account because I can no longer let this stuff distract from my family and my work. The messages I have received no person should ever have to read them. Absolute lies, hatred, disgusting commentary about my appearance, character, how I am as a parent and every other inhumane thing you can imagine.’

Breckie denied rumours she had a romance with Barry as she released the statement: ‘To put it simply for you all, no, I did not get with Barry.

‘I have never even encountered this man in my life. The only time I’ve seen him is on my TV screen from watching Saltburn.’
