Kim Kardashian’s childhood ‘lifer’ friend has died after a long health battle DailyMail.com has learned.

The reality TV star’s pal Lindsay May pᴀssed away after a battle with cancer.

‘It’s been really hard on Kim because she had known Lindsay since she was a child growing up in Beverly Hills,’ said a source.

‘They are only in their forties, not their nineties, so it is difficult to process. Kim has found comfort with her circle of friends, which she calls her “lifers” and with her sisters who knew Lindsay.’

That may be why Kim was seen with two of her ‘lifers’ on Wednesday during a trip to Mexico. By her side was Alison Slatter and Simone Harouche. They made have gone on the trip to honor May.

May co-founded Mayflower Entertainment, a consulting agency that ‘connects brands with entertainment and pop culture partners to maximize advertising impact.’ She worked deals for labels like Gucci.

Simone shared a pH๏τo of Lindsay on January 5 and commented on her very close friend’s pᴀssing. 

Kim said in the comment box: ‘I felt this so deep. I love you so much.’ Her sister Kourtney added, ‘This made me cry. I love you.’ 

Simone’s entry read: ‘The last 2 months have been a blur. Here’s what I have to show for all of it. in no particular order. My world stopped on Nov 2nd. you took a little of me with you, but thank God I took some of you. a beautiful sunset took on a whole new meaning. reminisced a lot and the 90s were f***ing fun. 

‘Went on some beautiful adventures. had a lot of family time. I said yes to more. I experienced what it means when people talk about the power of community (very cliche, but very true). took a very long break from Instagram. celebrated birthdays, holidays, friendship and a new year.

‘Felt like I was in a daze a lot of the time, but also felt grateful for every second of this life (another cliche, but also very true). you are always with me. I feel you all the time.

Kim has often shown pH๏τos of her very close inner circle of friends she grew up with.

In 2023, the TV siren shared images with her closest group of pals, her pre-school chums that she attended high school with in Bel Air, in several flashback images from when she was a teenager.

And the mother-of-four also posted snapsH๏τs of her with the ladies in more recent years, proving she has stayed close to the girl gang of six.

The women are: Allison, Simone, Zoe, Lindsay, Sarah, Ashley.

Kim and the women all attended Marymount High School in Bel Air, California. At the time Kim and her family resided in Beverly Hills, then later Calabasas.

Allison is Allison Azoff, who is the daughter of music executive Irving Azoff – who has worked with Christina Aguilera – and his wife Shelli, who is close friends with Kim’s mother Kris Jenner.

She now goes by Allison Statter after getting married to Rich Statter.

Allison worked with Kim on one of her KKW beauty collections and even appeared in the packaging and promotional images.

She works as the CEO and founder of Blended Strategy Group in LA. And she manages Cardi B.

Simone is Simone Harouche.

She is a fashion stylist who studied at Parsons School Of Design in New York City and went on to work with Miley Cyrus, Nicole Richie and Ashley Tisdale.

Harouche also helped shape Christina Aguilera’s rock star image. 

The fashion expert was in Paris in the same H๏τel as Kim when the star was robbed of $10M of jewelry. After Kim got loose, she called on Simone to help her.

Simone is married to real estate executive Marc Bretter, and they have son Dashiel and their daughter, Azlan

Zoe is Zoe Winkler Reinis, the daughter of actor Henry Winkler of Happy Days fame who more recently has worked on the show Barry.

She was a pre-school teacher and is the co-founder of @thisisabouthumanity, www.thisisabouthumanity.com.

Sarah is Sarah Meyer Michaelson who is married to Aaron Michelson.

She is the founder and CEO of Roe Caviar.

And her Sarah’s sister is Jennifer Meyer, the jewelry designer whose necklaces and earrings have been worn by Courteney Cox and Jennifer Aniston. Jen was also wed to Tobey Maguire.
