But Cruz Beckham, 19, channelled another 90s superstar with a new look on Thursday after growing out his brown locks and sporting a pair of snazzy sunglᴀsses.

David and Victoria Beckham’s youngest son looked a shoo-in for an Oasis tribute act on Instagram on Wednesday as he debuted a Liam Gallagher-esque style.

The singer referenced a Beatles track in a caption which read: ‘For the benefit of Mr Kite, there will be a show tonight.’

In one snap, Cruz wore a black jumper with cream, orange and purple horizontal stripes putting on a beaming grin as he modelled his new long voluminous hairdo with a fringe.

He donned a pair of oval-shaped sunglᴀsses with a thick white rim and orange lenses with the word ‘FOR’ written on one lens in black marker and the word ‘YA’ on the other accompanied by a love heart sign.

The personalised shades were a nod to his new Beatles-inspired song For Ya Love, which was teased on his social media on Christmas Day.

Cruz also added one silver pendant necklace and one gold pendant necklace in the polaroid-style snap. 

In another, he ditched the shades to focus on playing his red electric guitar as he looks to emulate his heroes of Britain’s rock music past.

It comes after Cruz first revealed his new look as he enjoyed a jam session with pals last week.

The wannabe musician has sported many styles over the years, including a bubblegum pink buzzcut and bleach blonde tresses.  

In the black and white video, the youngest son of Posh and Becks was seen rocking out on his guitar while singing along.

He was being filmed by a pal, who zoomed in and out, with Cruz clearly in his element as he bopped along to the tune.

His numerous hair transformations over the years echoes that of his famous father, 49, who during his career became known for his changing locks as much as the football.

David has worked his way through a plethora of hairstyles during his time in the public eye.

From a mohawk, to ponytails, buzzcuts and bleached blonde hair, he’s never been afraid to experiment.

Back in 2023, David spoke about his best and worst haircuts – reflecting on his Mohawk and cornrows in particular.

The former footballer revealed the only one he regrets – his cornrows which he wore ahead of a meeting with Nelson Mandela in 2003.

The sportsman decided to get them done while on holiday in France but regretted his decision when he met the late South African politician, admitting it would today be described as ‘cultural appropriation’. 

Cruz’s jam session came after he shared a bizarre response to jibes that his fledgling music career is all down to his parents.

As the son of David and Victoria, he’s long had to battle accusations that he’s used his famous parents to advance his fledgling music career.

But Cruz appeared to have been particularly riled by the latest claims of nepotism levelled at him – responding with the bizarre declaration that ‘Jesus is also a nepo baby’.

The outburst came after he released a teaser video of his new song For Ya Love on social media on Christmas Day.

‘Not bad,’ wrote one critic. ‘Bet he had mega money and training.’ The 19-year-old quickly hit back, replying: ‘Not at all. Just a guitar.’

When the jibes continued, Cruz came out with his Jesus comment. Less than 12 hours later, he deleted the post.

Last year, the teenager worked with songwriter Ed Drewett, who has four number one hits to his name including Little Mix’s song Black Magic and The Wanted’s All Time Low.

Cruz has also worked with producer Fred Ball, known for his success with big names such as Beyonce, Rihanna, Mariah Carey and Ed Sheeran.
