Julia Fox wore just Mac Cosmetics as she took part in a racy campaign for the makeup brand that resembled an iconic shoot done by another one of Kanye West’s exes – Kim Kardashian. 

As fans may recall, Kim, 44, took it off for the cover of W Magazine’s November 2010 issue, where she posed naked with a bold red message protecting her modesty. 

‘It’s all about me. I mean you. I mean me,’ the declaration read. 

The latest shoot featuring Julia, who briefly dated Kanye following his split from Kim, had several similarities to the 2010 shoot, from the nudity to the clever red shield. 

‘I only wear MAC,’ the messaging – contained in a fire engine red strip – proclaimed. 

Julia isn’t the campaign’s only connection to the world of Kim; it also stars the reality star’s ex-boyfriend, Odell Beckham Jr., 32.

Odell posed shirtless as he displayed his buff body and chest full of tattoos with a similar ‘I only wear MAC’ display along his lower body. However, he also covered up with a pair of boxers. 

Julia began a highly publicised fling Kanye, 47, in January 2022, following his split from Kim Kardashian.

But the relationship was short-lived, and they split just one month later.  

Speaking in an interview for The Times’ Weekend Magazine, Julia revealed he went public with their romance behind her back.

‘I regret that relationship so much. I hate it! It was only a few weeks but enough to last me a lifetime,’ the model revealed.

She continued: ‘I was in probably the most uncomfortable position in my life and that’s saying a lot. I don’t want to be known for being anyone’s girlfriend.

‘It wasn’t my idea for it to go public. If anything, I was like, ‘We should wait,’ and then boom, it was done behind my back. I realised pretty quickly I was being used as a pawn.’

Julia added Kanye asked her to sign an NDA, saying that they couldn’t be friends if she didn’t, refusing to sign she replied, ‘I’ll live.’

Julia isn’t the campaign’s only connection to the Kim-verse; it also stars her ex-boyfriend, Odell Beckham Jr.

Kanye, who shares four children with Kim, went on the date Bianca Censori, whom he married in December 2022.

They never went public with their romance, which ended less than a year after they first became linked.

‘It’s over and just fizzled out,’ a source told People of their split.

In the newly released trailer for season six of The Kardashians season 6, the reality star opened up about her dating life.

‘I had the intention of staying single. I was fully lying to you guys,’ she confessed with a playful smirk in a confessional. With her signature wit, she added, ‘Me not dating and not wanting love and attention? I don’t think you know me.’

In a separate scene, Kim blushes when she casually mentions, ‘I have a dinner with someone.’

But it was her comment about building a ‘his closet’ that really had fans buzzing.

When her mom Kris Jenner quipped about the proposed construction, ‘You must really like him,’ Kim responded with a sly grin, ‘He’ll be happy.’
