The birthday celebration comes shortly after reports that JLo toured a $20 million mansion in Brentwood, where Ben bought his bachelor pad after their split last year per TMZ.
While the singer is said to be quite taken with the property, she reportedly has ‘serious concerns’ about the air quality in the area, especially after the ᴅᴇᴀᴅly LA fires that forced many residents, including Ben, to evacuate.
