Katie Price shared a health update on Thursday after undergoing a series of ‘checks on her lungs.’
The model, 46, previously admitted to giving up vaping as her mum Amy battles with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, a terminal lung disease.
And Katie, who recently sparked concerns over her dramatic weight loss, revealed that she had tests due to her mum’s disease being genetic and to see if vaping had affected her health.
Giving an update on Snapchat, she explained: ‘So I thought I’d give an update about yesterday when I went and had my lungs checked.
‘Obviously I had them checked because my mum had a lung transplant, and to see if it’s genetic and to see if vaping has affected my lungs or anything like that.
‘But my lungs are absolutely perfect, nothing wrong with them, and he gave me advice how to get off the vapes.’

She added: ‘So I’m starting to wean myself off the vapes. But yeah it’s all good news, they’re all working well and they’re really good lungs, especially for my age. So all good! I’m all healthy!’
Earlier on Thursday Katie was spotted walking hand-in-hand with JJ Slater at the airport as she headed off to Turkey to have yet more tweaks to her £10,000 face-lift.
Katie showed off her slim figure as she prepared for her flight as she strolled through the airport in a pair of low-cut cream wide-leg tracksuit bottoms and a cropped black t-shirt.
Her appearance comes after she addressed her dramatic weight loss and insisted to her Instagram followers she is at her natural weight after gaining it during IVF treatment – after sparking concern in recent snaps.
The TV personality had been asked by fans whether she has been taking Ozempic injections or similar to obtain her new look.
However, Katie has now claimed that she has actually ‘shrunk back’ to her ‘natural’ size after she gained weight during IVF and being inactive after breaking her foot.
Katie also told fans last summer she was giving up the ‘disrespectful’ habit of vaping due to her mum’s ongoing health problems.
Posting on Instagram on the mother-of-five announced she was quitting vaping after a year of the habit.

She cited her mum Amy’s battle with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis as the reason behind her decision.
‘I have a big confession to make, and if there’s anyone out there who wants to join me, do it.
‘I’ve been vaping for a year, and it’s no good for you – especially when my mum has had a lung transplant. It’s disrespectful doing this in front of my mum,’ she told the camera.
‘I’ve decided that today is the day I am throwing this battery, chemical, addictive, horrible thing away. I am now doing vapes no more from today.’
‘I’ve got the strength to get rid of them. Join me. It’s going in the bin, that’s it. I’ve cleared all of my vapes out of the car and everything.’
In 2023, Amy underwent a lung transplant. When she was diagnosed, medics told her she had a life expectancy of up to five years.

Giving an update on her health in November, she told the Daily Star: ‘It’s a slow process and it’s taken a while. I’ve had quite a few setbacks but that’s to be expected but I’m in the right direction.
‘The trouble is when you have a lung transplant it’s so easy to sit because you still get a bit breathless but if I don’t exercise, I won’t move forward.
‘I had a single lung transplant but it would cease up so I’ve got to exercise to get it working.’
Amy explained how the disease ‘robs people of breath and life’ as Katie stressed the importance of raising awareness as concerning data shows that it’s on the rise.
