Grace Jackson spoke about her romance with Marcus Rashford for the first time on Wednesday’s Love Island: All Stars.

It was reported that the pair had enjoyed a series of dates, but called it quits just weeks before Grace entered the villa.

After being grilled by Olivia Hawkins about her exes, including Marcus, she said: ‘No we were out in a group having food… we weren’t dating but we was chatting a little and texting.

‘It’s difficult because he can’t go out and just go on a normal date. All these f*****g United fans were like commenting, thousands of comments on my pictures like, ’cause they loved me. 

‘When the article came out he scored two goals and he hadn’t scored for like ages, so they said ‘You fixed him!”

‘If it would have been a bit different, because he couldn’t really date so he’d be like ‘I wanna see you, just come to mine and chill with me’ but I’m like, ”I don’t really wanna….”

Grace was said to have dumped footballer Marcus (pictured in November) due to him ‘not been serious about the relationship’ 

Grace went onto add that things ‘got weird’ between her and Marcus given the attention on their romance, saying: ‘It just changed the vibe a bit cause everyone knew and there wasn’t anything to know.’

The couple had been on multiple dates with the footballer around the Cheshire area over the past few months, according the The Sun.

A spokesperson close to the footballer last month denied they were in a relationship.

Marcus had previously been in a long-term relationship with childhood sweetheart Lucia Loi before they split over the summer of 2023.

During the chat, Grace also revealed that she and ex Joey EsSєx had a secret meeting weeks after appearing on the show when he reached out to her in a text message.

Joey and Grace briefly rekindled their romance in the villa, before he pursued a connection with Jessy Potts. They split weeks after the series ended.

She told Olivia: ‘It was fine. When I see his name on my phone I went [squeal] I really liked him, I’ll always have a soft spot for him.’

Currently, Grace is coupled up with Luca Bish, and the pair enjoyed their first kiss during Wednesday’s episode.

Wednesday’s episode also saw the villa rocked by a shock dumping, with Marcel and Somerville and Olivia Hawkins voted out of the villa after being chosen by viewers as the least compatible couple.
