There’s one Faithful in this year’s series of The Traitors who is being overlooked by the other contestants, a former Traitor has claimed.
As the murder mystery game show comes to an end, Wilf Webster, who was the runner-up in series one of The Traitors, has revealed who he thinks are strong players.
The finalist backed veteran Leanne Quigley, who he says is being underestimated by Traitor Minah Shannon, The Sun reported.
Leanne has not revealed her 12-year career in the Armed Forces to the other contestants and has successfully duped everyone into thinking she works as a nail technician to throw them off the scent.
Her tactics seem to be working so far, and Wilf thinks she is playing ‘one of the best games’ seen yet.
He told The Sun: ‘People are really overlooking her intelligence and her abilities, which is great because she can just sail through but still speak when she wants to and have opinions.’

Wilf missed out on the £101,050 prize in 2022’s series after Faithfuls Meryl Williams, Aaron Evans and Hannah Byczkowski figured him out at the very end.
Minah, who has been a Traitor since the start of this series and has placed a big emphasis on ‘sisterhood’ amongst the other Traitors, may be failing to notice Leanne as a threat, according to Wilf.
‘Minah is really underestimating Leanne. I think that’s what we’re going to see at the end because it’s a very female-dominated series,’ he said.
Wilf also backed Alexander Dragonetti as a strong contender, who he thinks has figured Minah out as a Traitor.
However, he went on to say that he would murder the former British diplomat: ‘If Alexander was in my series and I was a Traitor, I’d murder him because I think he’d absolutely destroy me at the Round Table.’
Hosted by Claudia Winkleman, the popular BBC programme is now in its third season and the ratings have even now eclipsed Strictly Come Dancing.

This series, all of the Traitors have been female, with Minah dubbing them a ‘sisterhood’.
She recruited Charlotte Berman after fan-favourite Linda was banished from the castle last week but she ruffled a few feathers after some comments she made to Claudia.
During a conversation with Claudia, Minah said: ‘I only wanna pick a female.
‘And I just feel like sisterhood means something. There was no like, backstabbing.’
But viewers watching at home all took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to say the same thing.
One wrote: ‘Sick of this “sisterhood” nonsense. If it was a “brotherhood,” it would likely be labelled Sєxist.’
Another added: ‘It’s a bit Sєxist, Minah only wanting to pick a woman as a traitor.’
A third chimed in: ‘What a weirdly Sєxist comment from Minah about having to recruit a woman because they wouldn’t stab her in the back.’

‘This game is absolutely Sєxist! The blood sisterhood – give it a rest,’ a fourth tweeted.
A fifth said: ‘Poor decision by Minah… Charlotte has been at risk time and time again, there won’t be any sisterhood there and will stab you in the back. Oh dear Minah… #TheTraitors.’
The Traitors’ Charlotte accepted Minah’s offer to join her as a Traitor during Thursday’s episode.
The Traitors is available to stream on BBC iPlayer.
