Demi Sims showed off her incredible figure in a black sports bra and shorts as she posed for a sizzling Instagram mirror selfie while in the gym on Tuesday. 

The former TOWIE star looked incredible in the sports wear as she pulled down her skinтιԍнт shorts displaying her toned abs. 

She revealed she had a ‘good sesh’ as she hit the gym following a luxury Bahamas getaway last week. 

Demi shared a gallery of snaps from her lavish trip as she slipped into a skimpy black ʙικιɴι which boasted a triangle top and matching tie side bottoms. 

Leaving her bobbed hair loose, the reality star showed off her tattoos in the two-piece as she posed up a storm for pH๏τos while soaking up the sun. 

Demi also slipped into a striped black and white ʙικιɴι which she teamed with long pink shorts and a pair of chunky trainers during the holiday.

It comes after Demi shared a gallery of snaps from her lavish Bahamas holiday as she slipped into a skimpy black ʙικιɴι which boasted a triangle top and matching tie side bottoms

Demi’s trip comes after she and her sister Frankie threw the return of House of Sims into doubt when they appeared on TOWIE in November.

The pair explained that they had returned to EsSєx ‘for good’ after spending a year across the pond. 

In an episode of the reality show, Harry Derbidge looked delighted as Demi and Frankie, 29, walked into a nightclub.

‘This is the best surprise in the world,’ he said, as Frankie announced: ‘We’re back in EsSєx for good.’

The confession prompted Elma Pazar to shout: ‘Shut up!’

‘We’ve done a year in LA, and it was enough time to sort of see what it’s like living out there and working out there,’ Frankie explained.

‘But it just comes to a point where we were like, “Let’s go home”. You just want to be with your friends and family.’

Harry added: ‘Yeah, and you’ve got so much life here as well. Like friends, family, best thing in the world.’

The star also rocked a pair of khaki camouflage shorts as she posed by the over water H๏τel rooms 

But Demi’s Instagram feed tells a different story, with the reality star appearing to have jetted back to LA just weeks after the TOWIE episode aired. 

Then in December, Demi made a post announcing she had returned to the UK again. 

‘Hi I’m backkkk,’ she wrote as she shared a collection of snaps en route from the airport.

However just two days before Christmas, Demi was again in LA and she appeared to spend Christmas there. 

Looking for a colder start to 2025, Demi chose not to come to the UK and instead headed to the US state of Montana for a ski-ing trip – before making her way to Miami to warm up. 

After a feisty row on House Of Sims, Chloe revealed last April that she hadn’t seen her sisters Frankie and Demi for six months.

Chloe, Frankie, Demi, and their brother Charlie, 32, ventured to LA for their reality show, but the big brawl led to them removing all traces of each other off Instagram.

But as an executive producer, Chloe admitted she was determined to make the show work even if they aren’t best pals.

Speaking to The Sun, Chloe said: ‘We’re just about to go into preproduction for series three, when I go back.’ 

Chloe told the publication Demi and Frankie will ‘of course’ be going back to filming for the series as well, but added that they ‘aren’t friends’. 

Chloe explained: ‘We’re not actually at the moment, but we’re all apart of House of Sims, so they’ll be on it. But what will go down, I don’t know.’
