Halsey took to Instagram Stories Saturday to update her 30.9 million followers on her upswing in heath – calling it miraculous – after years of battles with multiple issues impacted her well-being.

The 30-year-old singer, who uses the pronouns she/they, posted a trio of images on the social media platform comparing herself now to how she looked in 2023.

‘Hey. I just wanna say; I looked and felt like this two years ago and every step forward I have come since then is a miracle,’ the Grammy-nominated artist said in the caption.

The Edison, New Jersey-born entertainer showed her graтιтude toward her friends, family and fans amid the difficult time, which also included having to evacuate her Los Angeles home earlier this month amid the wildfires. 

‘I’m figuring it out on my own time, thank you to everyone who has been along for the ride, said the singer, whose full name is Ashley Nicolette Frangipane. ‘Also I’m cute as f*** now, so that’s great.’

The Bad at Love artist – who is engaged to Canadian actor/singer Avan Jogia, 32 – last summer said that she had been ‘lucky to be alive’ after a series of health woes she kept under wraps to the public.

Halsey – who is mother to son Ender Ridley Aydin, three, with ex Alev Aydin, 41 – said she incorporated the emotions over her brush with mortality into her recent single, The End. 

Halsey in a June 5 post said she’d been in a two-year battle with Lupus SLE and a rare T-cell lymphoproliferative disorder, ‘both of which are currently being managed or in remission; and both of which I will likely have for the duration of my life.’

The Nightmare artist wrote that she had been reticent to emerge publicly with the news of her multiple ailments.

‘I realize everyone is catching up with news I’ve held in for a very long time, and I wasn’t sure how much I wanted to share,’ Halsey said. ‘You’ve all been so kind so I want to share a bit more.’

Halsey said that ‘after a rocky start,’ she ‘slowly got everything under control with the help of amazing doctors.’

Halsey said she was creatively reinvigorated with energy as she sought to get back to the studio and on the stage.

‘After 2 years, I’m feeling better and I’m more grateful than ever to have music to turn to. I can’t wait to get back where I belong: With you all … singing and screaming my heart out.’

In the clip, the musical artist was clad in a black top with white embroidered lace highlights around the neckline and wrists.

Halsey received a number of supportive responses in the comment thread for her fans and supporters amid her personal admission.

‘It’s so nice to look back at pH๏τos after having been so sick….i fought and [won] against cancer.’ one user said. ‘I can’t believe how I look in some pH๏τos from back then. And I’m cute as f*** now too!!

Another follower said, ‘I am so happy to see you thriving as you are right now. You must be so proud of yourself, my dear, and we are equally proud of you.’

The user thanked Halsey for her candor and work amid tough times.

‘Thank you for continuing to share the magic that lives within you and with those around you, despite all the storms life has brought your way,’ said the user. ‘We love you wholeheartedly and always.’

Said one user, ‘I have POTS, EDS, MCAS, lupus, and Sjögren’s and feel like we are finally aging in reverse … our bodies are sooo resilient!’

Social media personality Emma Langevin wrote to the singer, ‘I am so glad u are safe.’

In addition to her battles with Lupus SLE and a rare T-cell lymphoproliferative disorder, Halsey has past opened up about living with endometriosis.

Endometriosis, according to the Mayo Clinic, ‘is an often painful disorder in which tissue similar to the tissue that normally lines the inside of your uterus … grows outside your uterus.’

Appearing on the TV show The Doctors in 2018, the Without Me performer opened up about living with the condition.

‘Reproductive illness is so frustrating because it can really make you feel like less of a woman,’ the singer said. ‘There’s a lot of times when you’re sitting at home, and you just feel so terrible about yourself. 

‘You’re sick, you don’t feel Sєxy, you don’t feel proud, you don’t feel like there’s much hope. Hopefully, I can have a bright future and achieve the things that I want to achieve.’

Halsey said on the show that she suffered a miscarriage in the wake of her diagnosis.

‘Before I could even really figure out what that meant to me and what that meant for my future, for my career, for my life for my relationship,’ she said. ‘The next thing I know I was onstage miscarrying in the middle of my concert.’

The Bad at Love artist, speaking with Us Weekly in 2018 credited the people in their circle for helping them on their health journey.

‘I have male managers in my life,’ Halsey said. ‘I’m surrounded by men all the time.

‘There were times when I was bleeding through my clothes or I was sick and it got to the point where I had to look at everyone around me and be like, “You know what? That is something that is a reality for me and you need to suck it up and deal.”‘

She added, ‘I’m not going to let you make me ashamed of this. We’re going to get through this.’
