Kanye West has unveiled his plans for his dream city, called DROAM, on Instagram.

The Gold Digger rapper, 47, shared his concept of a city located in the Middle East in which Ye controls every aspect of its form, function and use.

Kim Kardashian’s ex-husband’s concept features ‘undulating, walkable floors’ as well as ‘no windows’ and a ‘primitive, naturalistic approach.’

Kanye originally conceived of the DROAM idea as part of the Los Angeles community of North Beverly Park.

Residents in the area shut that down fast, calling it ‘delusional’ and hinting that it would be impossible to garner the necessary number of votes from the homeowner’s ᴀssociation to pull it off. 

It should be noted that over the years, Kanye has hyped up projects, including albums, that have never come to fruition.

West revealed his idea for a self-sustaining city in the Middle East in a tweet last year and it involves developing 100,000-acres for the futuristic city.

The project, which would take place on an area twice the size of New York City, has reportedly been in the first phase for a while now, as West looks for partners to help with the planning and development.

HIs DROAM post comes as the Chicago native announced his next new project, an album called Bully, which is due in 2025.

Of course he has yet to release the anticipated Vultures 3 featuring Ty Dolla $ign.

Fans in the comment section were skeptical of Kanye’s plans, with one writing, ‘What does this mean,’ and another saying, ‘no way bros still building the city.’

Someone else joked, ‘dw kanye im off my meds too.’

Yet another person expressed concern, writing, ‘Wtf does that mean, Kanye West?’ 

The post comes just after Ye and his wife Bianca Censori, 30, were spotted with internet personality Justin LaBoy in Tokyo.

That sighting comes just a few days after Kanye was spotted with his kids, North, 11, Saint, eight, and Chicago, seven, at a 7/11 in Tokyo.

He shares his kids, including Psalm, five, with ex-wife Kardashian, 44, and prior to the reunion, hadn’t seen them in 118 days.

Kanye and Bianca have spent the past four months traveling overseas to the United Arab Emirates, the Maldives, Japan, and China.

As the Kenneth Fire raged near Kim’s Hidden Hills, California home, she and her four kids had to evacuate.

While leaving her residence, Kim spoke out on social media. The reality TV siren, 44, thanked the prisoners who helped fight the fires while donating money to feed firefighters. 

All while their father galavanted across the globe with his wife.

In fact, prior to his reunion with three of his kids at the 7/11 he hadn’t seen them since his Vulture 2 listening event in Haikou, China in September 2024.

A source told People in October that Kim is like a single mom these days as Kanye is not around much.

Kardashian’s life revolves around her and West’s four kids. 

The source said the SKIMS founder is ‘pretty much a single mom,’ as West is often ‘not around.’

‘Kanye is sadly not around very much. She’s pretty much a single mom,’ the insider told the outlet.

‘Although she has help, it’s still a lot of work for her to balance and coordinate everything.

‘Kim’s life is around her kids’ schedules. When they are in school, she works. When they are off, she’s very much focused on being a mom.’
