Alex Scott shared cosy snaps of herself and girlfriend Jess Glynne celebrating her initiation into the Barclays Women’s Super League Hall of Fame to Instagram on Sunday.

Alex, 40, who played for Arsenal and represented the UK in the 2012 Olympics, put on a loved up display with the stunning singer, 35.

The TV personality looked effortlessly stylish on her big night in a cropped Arsenal top which flashed a glimpse of her toned abs.

She layered the look with an chic oversized suit and swept her brunette locks into a high bun while accentuating her stunning features with make-up. 

Meanwhile Jess also flashed her figure in a semi sheer black top which she teamed with a pair of high-waisted jeans. 

During the event, which took place on Tuesday, the lovebirds posed playfully with the trophy while Alex captioned the post: ‘Blast from the past’.

Alex was inducted into the hall of fame alongside Gilly Flaherty, Rebecca Welch and Steph Houghton MBE.

The organisers said: ‘The quartet were standout figures during their respective playing and officiating careers, with the Barclays WSL Hall of Fame selection panel – featuring former players, coaches, officials, journalists and key figures from the women’s game – making the decision to add all four to the league’s iconic roster’. 

Last week Alex was still dreaming of Costa Rica as she shared her first Instagram posts since returning from the Central American country with Jess.

Posting a handful of pH๏τos from their exotic holiday she wrote: ‘Nature, love, laughter, adventure and a whole lot of amazing memories to see in and begin the new year with!!

‘Two little Dora the explorer’s who loved the Costa Rican life.’ 

In one image the pair are stripped to their ʙικιɴιs as they frolic beneath a cascading natural waterfall, while another finds them sharing a kiss as they take in a breathtaking coastal sunset. 

Another captures Alex as she emerges from the ocean in a white ʙικιɴι, conjuring images of Swiss actress Ursula Andress and her iconic entrance in James Bond film Dr. No. 

 In November, the former footballer joked that she and pop star Jess have ‘become the same person’ since moving in together as she made a rare comment about their relationship.

Detailing her daily routine in The Times, she wrote: ‘I wake up next to my partner, Jess, who has become the same person as me over the past year and a half’.

‘She can see what going to the gym does for me mentally, so she’ll do the same’.

The sports pundit then went on to recall a recent bash at swanky store Selfridges where Jess was honoured after becoming the face of Fenty Hair by Rihanna.

‘I love seeing [Jess] thrive, I didn’t want to be pH๏τographed with Rihanna because I wanted the spotlight to be on Jess’.

The couple have been romantically linked since October 2023, after reports emerged they had been dating for months prior.

A source at the time said: ‘Alex and Jess have been a slow burn and they didn’t want to rush things or go public too soon.’

It was recently reported that the pair are considering a permanent move across the pond.

Alex’s future at the BBC has reportedly been thrown into doubt, with sources claiming she’s been ‘deeply hurt’ by a ‘lack of support’ surrounding Football Focus.

The presenter is thought to have made a complaint to channel bosses last year after the their response to criticism she faced around the show’s low viewing figures.

According to The Sun, she is now thought to be ‘considering other offers,’ and is even contemplate a move to the US with her girlfriend, as her BBC contract is up for renewal this year.
