Kate Ferdinand was all smiles as she gave her Instagram followers an insight into her Sunday workout with her husband Rio and their children. 

The former TOWIE star, 33, was seen holding the couple’s little girl Shae, 18-months, as they posed for a mirror selfie in their lavish home gym. 

Kate held onto their daughter, who was dressed in pink, while she rocked a black long sleeved top and leggings. 

Meanwhile former Manchester United legend Rio rocked a navy hoodie and matching tracksuit bottoms. 

In the background, Kate and Rio’s son Cree, four, looked happy as he used a cardio machine while Tate, 15, showed off his abs as he lifted weights. 

Kate wrote: ‘Sundays, family day’.

Kate, who married Rio in an idyllic Turkish ceremony in September 2019, moved into the property in 2017. 

She has since become a doting stepmother to his three children Lorenz, 18, Tate, 15, and Tia, 13, from his previous marriage to Rebecca Ellison, who pᴀssed away in 2015.

Kate and Rio have also welcomed two children together Shae and Cree. 

It comes as Kate could suffer an awkward encounter with her ex boyfriend Dan Edgar as Dancing On Ice returns to screens.

Kate has joined her husband to support his brother, Anton, 39, who is competing on the glitzy show alongside Dan, 34. 

Kate and Dan dated in 2015 when she was introduced on The Only Way Is EsSєx when she was introduced as his on-off girlfriend. 

But as the series developed, Dan was hit with cheating allegations in 2016 after their six-year relationship.

But as they brace themselves for a potential icy reunion, a source told The Sun that Kate and Rio will be putting on a united front.

The TV insider said: ‘Rio and Kate will be putting on a united front as they come to the Dancing On Ice studio to watch Anton.

‘It is always awkward seeing an ex; Kate is just glad to have Rio by her side in the audience.

‘Fortunately, Dan won’t be skating his first routine until next week so it means Kate won’t have to endure an entire performance.’

The source then explained that there was ‘a lot of love between them’ as they dated on and off for years. 

They then confirmed that Kate and Rio are happily married and are unphased by seeing her ex on set.

Kate and Dan’s split was not the easy as she previously confessed that he made her feel like a ‘nut job’.

During a confrontation with Dan on TOWIE in 2017, Kate said: ‘You made me feel like I was a nut job, you were going, ‘You are crazy, you are making it up in your head.’ You made me feel like I was crazy.’ 

After they decided to go their separate ways, Dan explaing: ‘I feel like our relationship was like we’d been married for 30 years and we got on each other’s nerves.

‘I can’t believe it’s come to this. I genuinely thought we would be together for the rest of our lives.’

‘It’s crazy to think that a chance meeting, and so many hurdles thrown our way we would be ready to see in the new year as a family of 7(just missing our Lorenz).
