Kailyn Lowry is giving fans an unfiltered look at her recovery following three recent plastic surgeries.

Last week, the 32-year-old Teen Mom star, who shares seven kids with four different dads, revealed that she had a breast reduction, tummy tuck, and liposuction over the New Year. 

But it hasn’t been all smooth sailing, as she admitted to having some tearful regrets.

On Wednesday, Kailyn posted graphic pH๏τos of the aftermath, showing herself hooked up to tubes coming out of her nose and stomach, with visible blood.

In her post, Kailyn also mentioned that she’s been taking extra protein to help with her recovery.  

The post follows a tearful Instagram share in which Kailyn expressed regret about the procedures, sharing earlier this month, ‘I pray that my kids never struggle with their body images enough to mutilate their bodies to be skinny.’

She continued: ‘I think a little nip and tuck in terms of, you know, a nose job or like a boob job is okay, but to go through this to be skinny is mental illness, truly, and I say that with the most respect to anyone going through it.’

‘I’m struggling this time around,’ Kailyn continued. ‘And I don’t know if it’s because I have a daughter now. 

‘Not just my daughter, like my sons too, right? Like, I don’t ever want them to experience this level of his body dysmorphia.’

‘I was basically willing to go to any length and do this over Christmas break to be skinny, even if that meant that [fiance] Elijah couldn’t be there for me, even if that meant that I was, you know, in another state for Christmas. I was willing to go to any freaking length for it.’

The reality TV sensation shares her eldest, son Isaac Elliot Rivera, 14, with her ex JO Rivera. She also shares son Lincoln Marshall Marroquin, 11, with her ex Javi Marroquin. 

Her sons Lux Russell Lowry, seven, and Creed Romello Lowry-Lopez, four, are shared with her ex Chris Lopez. She welcomed Rio Elijah Lowry-Scott, two, as well as one-year-old twins Verse and Valley with her current fiancé Elijah Scott.

Lowry’s surgery comes months after revealing she had been told she needed to shed some pounds before being eligible for a breast enhancement earlier this year.

On her Almost Famous podcast in May she said: ‘I want to get a boob job, right? I call around. I’m making these consultations to get a boob job. You know what they told me? They told me I need to lose 40 pounds.

‘So 40 or 50 pounds, more like 50 but maybe get away with 40 pounds, before they can even operate on me.’

Reflecting on the moment, the former MTV star admitted she was overcome with emotion, ‘sobbing’ on the phone with a doctor’s office as she considered a ‘breast reduction, implants [or] lift.’

‘I don’t even know if I can get my double chin done,’ she said.

After welcoming her twins in late 2023, Kailyn admitted she wanted to try the popular weight loss drug Ozempic to drop weight quick to return to her pre-baby body. 

‘How hard it is to lose weight as an adult, f**k my life. I’m scared,’ she admitted on her Baby Mamas No Drama podcast in January 2024.

‘I was in the gym five days a week. If you’re going to get plastic surgery you have to maintain it.’

The former reality star did not reveal the exact date she had her breast reduction done.

She also has yet to share further content of the extensive procedure.
