Christina Haack has given an update on her ongoing divorce battle with estranged husband Josh Hall, who just went Instagram official with Stephanie Gabrys.
On a recent episode of Jeff Lewis Live, the 41-year-old real estate mogul said she and her ex are ‘not even close’ to resolving their separation after they each filed for divorce in July.
Haack said on the Radio Andy show, ‘We’re going to be going to trial, I hear.’
The HGTV star added sarcastically, ‘It’s going to be fun. Can’t wait,’ and revealed that 44-year-old Hall ‘doesn’t want to do mediation.’
On last Thursday’s Jeff Lewis Live episode Christina bitterly dished, ‘[The court hasn’t] ordered me yet but he’s been asking me [for money]. I’ve already had to give a little something but then he bought a Bentley. I gave him money to live and he bought a Bentley, but he also doesn’t have a job, so.’
Meanwhile, Josh used Instagram Stories to wish his new girlfriend, Nahville-based ʙικιɴι model Stephanie, a happy birthday on Monday.

Haack and Hall filed for divorce one day apart last summer after celebrating their two-year wedding anniversary in April.
The mother-of-three, who has already been divorced twice, asked that neither party receive spousal support and requested that Hall pay her lawyer fees.
Hall is also seeking spousal support and asked for his ex to pay his attorney fees.
Christina is mom to daughter Taylor, 14, and son Brayden, nine, whom she shares with ex-husband Tarek El Moussa. She also shares five-year-old son Hudson with her other ex-husband, Ant Anstead.

Without naming Christina, he vowed, ‘I will not publicly badmouth anyone as people have families, friends and others who respect and love them. Unfortunately the internet is forever.’
Engaging his 92.3K followers at the time, Hall continued: ‘We are real humans, this is our life and I am not here to entertain people I don’t know with my private matters.
‘Those details will be handled fairly behind closed doors with our respective counsels in due time. Those who know each of us know who we are.’
