Hilaria Baldwin certainly had her hands full carrying two drinks with her youngest child strapped to her chest during a winter stroll with her husband Alec Baldwin not far from their $11.7M Greenwich Village penthouse last Friday.

The 41-year-old culture vulture – who’s still ‘forgetting’ English words following her 2020 Spanish scandal – chatted with the 66-year-old Oscar nominee as their two-year-old daughter Ilaria enjoyed the ride.

Alec’s street sighting came the day after he filed a civil lawsuit against the Rust case prosecutors for defamation and malicious prosecution and civil rights violations after his involuntary manslaughter trial was dismissed on July 12.

Baldwin claimed the defendants – including Kari Morrissey, Mary Carmack-Altwies, three Santa Fe Police investigators, and county board of commissioners – ‘intentionally mishandled evidence.’

The Here’s the Thing podcaster denied ever pulling the trigger of the Pietta .45 Long Colt Single Action Army revolver, which fired a single bullet into Rust director Joel Souza’s arm and punctured cinematographer Halyna Hutchins’s chest killing her in 2021.

On April 15, Rust armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed was sentenced to 18 months in New Mexico Women’s Correctional Facility for involuntary manslaughter conviction for her role in the shooting.

Baldwin told the AP on November 11 that their TLC family reality show The Baldwins is ‘coming out in January, I think,’ but admitted he ‘wasn’t very fun’ without scripted dialogue: ‘[I prefer directors to] tell me what to do.’

The married couple of 12 years originally met on February 18, 2011 while they were dining separately at the since-closed restaurant Pure Food and Wine in New York City.

In 2023, Alec officially became a grandfather when his eldest daughter Ireland and Grammy winner RAC welcomed their 20-month-old daughter Holland.

The Oregon-based 29-year-old is Baldwin’s only child from his seven-year marriage to Oscar winner Kim Basinger, which acrimoniously ended in 2002.

The three-time Emmy winner will next make an appearance on Saturday Night Live’s 50th Anniversary Show, which airs February 16 on NBC.

Alec was last seen on the long-running sketch show in the December 21st episode where he donned the iconic robe reserved for The Five-Timers Club.
