Kim Zolciak accused Kroy Biermann of stealing items from their one-time Alpharetta, Georgia home, in a newly-released police bodycam clip taken from a visit authorities made to the house last month as both moved their belongings out.

‘Kroy stole a bunch of stuff,’ Zolciak, 46, told a Milton Police Department officer in footage obtained Tuesday by TMZ. ‘So I’m just getting out.’

Milton Police previously confirmed to Dailymail.com that officers on December 15 responded to a ‘call … of civil dispute nature involving items being loaded into a moving van.’

Zolciak had been in the process of moving the last items she owns out of the home and loading her belongings into an Atlanta Peach Movers moving truck, an insider told TMZ December 15, when Biermann, 39, parked behind the moving truck and refused to move initially.

In bodycam footage taken from officers, Biermann expressed his opposition to Zolciak taking items from the home he did not believe she had claim to.

‘Well this individual seems to think everything belongs to her … and they continue to empty out property of this house that belongs to me,’ the NFL alum explained to an officer on the scene.

Zolciak told an officer who reported to the scene that Biermann was ‘trying to block me out of everything’ as they emptied the home of their belongings, after it was placed on the auction block last month.

Zolciak said that a treadmill on the premises belonged to her, but purses she owned on the property had gone missing ’cause he stole them all.’

Zolciak explained to the officer, ‘We have a court order for some items that are mine. I own the majority of this furniture – before I ever met [him] – like my office, dining room, all sorts of things.’

Zolciak told police that Biermann capitalized on her absence after she traveled out west to procure multiple items he was not enтιтled to, including kitchenware.

‘When I went to LA a couple weeks ago, I came home and he stole a bunch of stuff,’ Zolciak said. ‘I went to LA and I came home to nothing!

‘Every pot and pan, three full kitchens. Pots and pans – you name it it’s gone – so I started to move my stuff out.’

Zolciak told officers that Biermann had repeatedly acted in a hostile manner toward workers with Atlanta Peach Movers amid the contentious move-out process.

‘He has harᴀssed this company so many times … this has happened three other times,’ Zolciak said.

Dailymail.com has reached out to the the moving company for further comment on the incident.

Biermann emphasized to police that he had blocked the truck because it was full of his stuff, as police said they had no way to ascertain ownership of the items involved.

Biermann argued with officers that he had the right to block the truck because it was on private property that he owned. He said he was fine to let the workers leave without the contents inside the truck he said belonged to him.

‘It’s my property … I can prevent that truck [from leaving], it’s on my property … it’s private property,’ Biermann said.

After police advised Zolciak that they couldn’t act due to the legal gray areas involved with property ownership, the Bravo said said, ‘I get it, I get it’ and said Biermann ‘100 percent’ violated a court order in his actions.

Zolciak told the officer, ‘I am a very rational person sir, they called for Kroy, they didn’t call for me,’ in reference to the movers contacting authorities.

Footage subsequently depicted a white vehicle backing out of the driveway, allowing a moving truck to depart.

After police had previously warned the exes not to tie up their resources after having made multiple trips to their one-time Alpharetta, Georgia home, the reporting party called the regular line as opposed to 911 in this instance, the insider told TMZ.

Milton Police Lt. Andrew Noblett last month confirmed to Dailymail.com that officers responded to the residence December 15. He said in an email: ‘The call was of civil dispute nature involving items being loaded into a moving van. There were no arrests made, or citations issued to either party.’

Biermann eventually relented and moved his vehicle after speaking with police officers, sources told TMZ, and Zolciak was permitted to take her belongings to her new residence.

The outlet noted that there was no ‘huge blowout argument’ between Zolciak and Biermann last month, as there have been in other instances over the past year-and-a-half.

Since their initial split in May of 2023, local authorities have had to make numerous visits to the mansion amid fiery arguments between the reality star and ex-NFL player.

In a November 18 exchange, an officer made clear to Zolciak that law enforcement did not have the resources to supervise the couple’s clashes amid a constant ‘time crunch’ due to more pressing responsibilities.

An officer told Zolciak that police were ‘supposed to be used for emergency purposes’ only and provided her with multiple avenues to explore instead of calling them every time things between she and Bierman went sideways.

The officer advised Zolciak that in the future, if she wanted police present for her interactions with Biermann, she would need to either contact Fulton County Sheriff’s Office for an appointment on the issue; or pay out-of-pocket for an off-duty officer to supervise their exchanges.

‘That has to be something set up for a later date and when that happens there’s a fee you’ll have to pay the officer for working off-duty,’ the officer told Zolciak, who Biermann has accused of having significant financial issues due to an addiction to gambling and unrestrained spending habits.

Zolciak on November 26 accused Biermann of pushing her to the ground, which he denied doing and family members interviewed could not corroborate.

Zolciak and Biermann were involved in an ugly argument in front of police on November 18 amid their ongoing divorce in bodycam footage published on TMZ.

In the footage, Zolciak said that Biermann had breached court-ordered boundaries the couple was to follow as they cohabitated in the home in the year-and-a-half since they initially split in May of 2023 amid mᴀssive financial problems.

Zolciak resisted an officer’s suggestions to walk away from her closet during the incident, saying that the last time she left Biermann unattended in the area, ‘He started taking all my shoes.’

She added, ‘I’m just trying to get my clothes and my shoes out of here and be done. I’m just trying to get my stuff – that’s all I want.’

Zolciak told police that Biermann ‘removed a bunch of belongings’ from her storage area in the home, including an iPad she repeatedly referred to, adding that she was holding onto Biermann’s laptop until she got her possessions back.

‘I don’t operate like this, I’m tired of being stolen from – and abused,’ Zolciak said.

As Biermann could be heard off-camera summarizing Zolciak’s claims as ‘all lies,’ she claimed to officers he was caught on camera on masturbating in her designated section of the house.

‘He j***ed off – want me to show you the j***-off video of him j***ing off on my camera?’ she asked officers in the room.

Biermann responded to the allegation in calling Zolciak ‘a pathological liar’ and said that she had been spying on him by placing the camera in his living quarters.

In regards to the division of the property, Biermann said that he was fine with Zolciak taking any of the ‘female stuff’ she wanted that didn’t impact his life and work.

Biermann said that he wanted to file a police report with video footage he had of Zolciak from the night before breaching his quarters and stealing his ‘laptop and documentations.’

As police sought to separate the bickering exes – Biermann clarified to authorities that he and Zolciak are ‘still technically married’ – Zolciak told Biermann, ‘You stole my iPad’ as she brushed past him. Zolciak told police she understood that there was a lack of clarity in regards to ownership of some items that fell under ‘marital’ designations.

Zolciak and Biermann are parents to four children – Kroy Jr., 13, Kash Kade, 12, and twins Kaia Rose and Kane Ren, 11 – while Biermann adopted Zolciak’s two elder daughters from prior relationship, Brielle, 27, and Ariana, 23.

Zolciak rose to fame as a member of the cast of Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Atlanta, and parlayed her popularity into the spinoff Don’t Be Tardy… on Bravo. She also competed on five episodes of Dancing with the Stars in 2015.

Biermann was drafted into the NFL in 2008 after attending Montana, and played eight seasons, all for the Falcons. He had his most productive year on the field in 2012 when he started 14 games, racking up 36 tackles, three sacks and scoring a touchdown on an interception.

The pair exchanged vows in a lavish $1 million wedding on November 11, 2011 – marking the date 11/11/11 – at their Georgia mansion.
