Sandra Lee revealed that her Malibu home has miraculously survived the devastating Los Angeles wildfires in an emotional Instagram post on Monday.
The Food Network star, 58 – who recently broke down crying believing she had lost her house in the blazes – took a selfie as she stood outside of her residence and admitted that she was in ‘total disbelief.’
The catastrophic infernos – including the Pacific Palisades and Eaton fires – began last week on Tuesday amid strong Santa Winds, with the death toll rising to 24.
The Emmy winner penned in the caption that she was ‘able to go to Malibu late yesterday.’
‘It is with a heavy heart for my local community, yet the most shocked and grateful heart I share my home, Avalon- still stands.’
Lee added, ‘I could not believe my eyes to be one of 10 in my neighbor of homes still there. I do not know how. I can only ᴀssume it was the quick action of our firefighters.’

The TV personality continued, ‘I’m in total disbelief. I feel guilty for being a part of a bubble of these homes spared. I have such sadness for the people who have lost their lives, and I grieve for the families who have lost their loved ones.’
‘There are no words to express my emotion as these fires still burn out of control,’ she expressed.

‘My heart remains with everyone in Los Angeles, my numerous neighbors, and my two most wonderful girlfriends who’s homes are gone.’
The author also wrote, ‘I want to take a moment and give thanks to the brave firefighters, police and national guard.’
‘My endless graтιтude to the selfless first responders, numerous volunteers and all the other community support teams who continue to work tirelessly.’
In conclusion, Sandra expressed, ‘I hope you join me today to say a prayer for LA and our communities. Thank you for keeping all of us in your thoughts. For me, I will thank God every day.’

‘Thank you for all your well wishes,’ the star began the somber video. ‘I’m in a H๏τel. I don’t have a home anymore. My house is gone. It’s literally gone. I’ve been crying all night. Thank God everybody is safe.’
She added, ‘I don’t know what to say, I don’t know how to compartmentalize this, I don’t know what to do.’

‘All my stuff, all the last five years of my life,’ the former First Lady of New York stated, and then added, ‘The only thing I can do is go to work, and I’m going to go to work today.’
‘I’m going to rebuild it, I think. I don’t know how…,’ Lee told her followers at the end of the clip before it abruptly ended.
Shortly after, Sandra gave another update to reveal that she was being given mixed statuses on whether her house was still standing or not.
‘I have no idea what is going on. This is the most stressful thing and I’m just trying to stay calm, but I FEEL AT SUCH A LOSS,’ she heartbrokenly admitted.
‘I can’t see my house, I don’t know if my friends and family’s homes or my own home stands. I’m completely anxiety ridden, I’m totally emotional and I feel incredibly overwhelmed, but the most important thing is that everybody is OK.’
The author told her followers that she is ‘praying for our homes, memories, and our community.’

A number of residents and celebrities have lost their homes including Miles Teller, Paris Hilton, Billy Crystal and Anthony Hopkins.
The fires throughout Southern California have since destroyed around 12,000 structures – which include houses, schools and churches.
The Palisades Fire which began early last week amid strong Santa Ana winds has burned around 23,700 acres and is now 17% contained as of Tuesday, per NBC News.

The Eaton Fire in the Altadena and Pasadena area has destroyed 14,100 acres and is 35% contained.
According to CalFire, the Eaton Fire has become the second-most destructive wildfire on record in the state of California.
88,000 people are still under evacuation orders throughout L.A. Country and mayor Karen Bᴀss issued an executive order on Monday to help rebuild homes at a quick pace, NBC reported.
Bᴀss – who has faced severe criticism amid the fires – said in a statement: ‘This order is the first step in clearing away red tape and bureaucracy to organize around urgency, common sense and compᴀssion.’
