The beauty went make-up free for the occasion and pulled her blonde locks up into a messy bun with a black claw clip.

While taking in the fresh air, Ashley shared a moment of self-care, encouraging others to do ‘something nice for yourself’ through breathing exercises.

The clip began with her bundled up for the chilly UK weather in a black coat, while sipping a H๏τ drink while Rocking Around The Christmas Tree played.

The video then cut to her in the sunshine in her homestate, where her cosy coat was exchanged for a racy red bodysuit and cropped fringe jacket.

Ashley danced up a storm, while sporting a pair of matching cowboy boots and sunglᴀsses, spinning around to reveal her perky behind in the thong style unitard.

Showing her dancing prowess, the radio presenter mimed throwing a lᴀsso and displayed her long legs as she kicked them up in the air.

The pop star’s look comes after she fully embraced the festive spirit last week with her Heart Radio co-star Amanda Holden as the pair donned Sєxy Santa outfits.

Breakfast host Amanda, 53, sizzled in a red strapless Santa dress which boasted a white fur trim with a matching cape, hat, and knee-high black boots.

While, Ashley looked sensational in a green velvet elf dress which boasted short frilly sleeves, a red panel at the bust, and a white petticoat underskirt.

She teamed her festive frock with candy cane striped over-the-knee socks and her own Santa hat as she shared a slew of stunning snaps of the pair frolicking around the studio.

The singer’s arrival Stateside comes after she told MailOnline she loves being beside the sea and one day hopes for a home on the coast where she can settle down following years of global travel.

In an exclusive interview, she said she feels like an ‘adopted Brit’ after moving to London from the States in 2012 following her appearance on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!

While she admitted she could never imagine dating a man from the US now because they’re ‘overwhelming’ as she opened up about her romance with boyfriend George Rollinson.

Ashley has been in a relationship with the artist – who is 17 years her junior – since last November, and the couple have enjoyed holidays together to Dubai and Italy.

She said: ‘Yes, George is British. It’s funny because I have been here so long that when I go back to the States, I’m much more aware of the differences…

‘American men are, I feel bad saying this, but they’re overwhelming, they are too much. I’m like, you need to calm down.

‘I think because I grew up in that culture, I didn’t necessarily think anything different but now I’ve lived here for so long and I’ve dated in the past, many years ago, European men…

‘But I don’t even imagine myself dating an American guy now. They have a different approach. Even in places like Vegas it’s all around you that kind of testosterone.’

Ashley added she is thankful to have settled down in Britain and after The Pussycat Dolls went their separate ways in 2010, has finally found financial ‘stability’ thanks to her regular slot on Heart Breakfast.
