Katy Perry showcased several ‘lit’ looks from her final season judging ABC’s American Idol following Sunday night’s episode.
The 39-year-old pop star and her glam squad have gone from Malibu to Nashville to Santa Barbara to Tuskagee to Leesburgh looking for the next great performer for the formerly Fox singing compeтιтion.
‘Listens to country music once,’ Katy (born Katheryn Hudson) joked of her brown cowboy hat and grey cowboy boots.
‘Here I am in Georgia, wearing what I think they wear in Georgia. A little poof sleeve a la Anne of Green Gables. You’ll only know if you know, when you’re in your 30s.’
Another snap revealed Perry showing a lot of leg in a pink midi-dress, selected by stylist Tatiana Waterford, with her raven hair styled in a severe top bun.
The 13-time Grammy nominee – who gets 58.3M monthly listeners on Spotify – wore a ɴuᴅᴇ corset mini-dress while hugging a tree in another snap.
Hairstylist Rick Henry made sure Katy’s mane was coiffed while make-up artist Michael Anthony made sure her complexion was fully contoured for the reality compeтιтion.
Perry opted for a cleavage-boosting b&w-dotted slip dress to pose beside the towering cacti of her Santa Barbara hometown.
The Coronation crooner – who boasts 429.7M social media followers – captioned her Instagram slideshow: ‘Last looks. Lit. Which is/was ur fave? #idol.’
Katy and fellow judges Lionel Richie and Luke Bryan will bring the 22nd season of American Idol to the Idol Arena for ‘Hollywood Week’ next Sunday on ABC.
Perry – who earned an eye-popping $25M to judge Idol in 2017 – confirmed on the February 12th episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live that this will probably be her last season in favor of traveling the world and releasing new music.
‘I love Idol so much. I know. It’s connected me with the heart of America. But I feel like I need to go out and feel that pulse to my own beat,’ the Emmy-nominated producer revealed.
‘It’s going to be a very, very exciting year, Jimmy, for all pop star girlies. Let’s just say I’m creating space for my new wingspan.’
