Cabello, for the last few months, has been a blonde, having a lot more fun as she released her latest album “XOXO,C.” The 27-year-old artist is in for a big night performing at the 2024 VMAs. And while her black hair was a shock on the carpet, the rest of her look made the moment even more interesting.
Cabello wore a strapless lace sheer dress, accented by a black veil and choker with a large cross sitting across her chest. The gown is from the Fall/Winter 2024 Tony Ward couture collection. This fashion carpet moment feels like a huge switch from the style Cabello has recently been leaning into, which has the internet asking questions.
Only an hour before Cabello hit the red carpet, her former beau Shawn Mendes posted to Instagram with the caption: “Pulling up to my own funeral.”
The singer is also attending the VMAS tonight, which has fans of the former couple wondering if the two will share a moment. One things for sure, whether it was planned or not, Camila Cabello looks like she’s dressed for Shawn Mendes’s funeral.
