It was a case of being all white on the night.
For Zendaya stunned in a figure-flattering gown at the Forevermark Diamonds Tribute Collection launch in New York on Tuesday.
As if the stunner’s sizzling solo red carpet appearance was not enough, she also teamed up with fellow glamour girls Ashley Graham and Chrissy Teigen.
Spider-Man: Homecoming favourite Zendaya certainly was quite the head-turner as she sauntered around in her white dress, which boasted a flamboyant ruffled skirt.
However despite her high profile, she has revealed she enjoyed a rather low-key celebration to turning 21 in September.
The biracial beauty told Fashion magazine: ‘For me, a Vegas version of my birthday would be like hell.
‘I’ve always been a very old woman inside a younger person’s body. Of course, I have my young-people tendencies; we all have those.
‘But at the end of the day, I’ve always been called a grandma. I don’t like going out.’
Indeed she prefers a rather more staid form of recreation, and it does not involve classic literature.
She said: ‘I enjoy the company of my TV and myself. And you know what? It’s been very helpful, honestly.’
And she credits esoteric otherworldly intervention for her current popularity and success.
She said: ‘I like to think that in some divine way, I don’t know how, the universe decided I was a good person to do this because I’m a good person.
‘And I guess the universe knew – if we’re accepting that that’s a thing – that I would try to do something good with what I’ve got and I’d be able to handle the pressure.’
The pop beauty began her career when just 12-years-old, 12 lip-synching and dancing in the Kidz Bop 15 music video for Katy Perry’s H๏τ n Cold.
She boasted: ‘It was one of my first jobs, and all the kids could do these crazy things. They could do flips or spins or something cool.
‘I was like “I gotta step it up a notch because these kids are really killing it.” For some reason, I decided to do a front flip. Never did one before in my life, other than inside my living room playing around. Thank God I landed it!’
