The media personality, 53, channeled Barbie in a monochromatic H๏τ pink outfit to celebrate the release of her album, Infinite Icon, and kick off New York Fashion Week.

For the event, she modeled a strapless minidress with a magenta to bright white ombré pattern.

The reality TV star — who went topless in one of her Sєxiest pH๏τoshoots yet for the cover of NYLON’s September issue — paired the dress with H๏τ pink pumps covered in bows.

In true Paris Hilton fashion, she was also seen posing with a heart-shaped purse with her name emblazoned across the front with sparkly rhinestones.

Her sister Nicky Hilton was also spotted in attendance in a chic, pink dress to show her support.

The fashion designer donned a sparkling minidress covered in sequins and featuring a hooded cowl neckline style.

She paired the eye-catching garb with sandal stiletto heels with rhinestoned straps.

Selma Blair also attended the bash with her adorable service dog Scout.
