Amy Childs was pictured arriving at the airport to jet off and film the next series of The Only Way Is EsSєx with her co-stars on Thursday.

The TOWIE star, 34, who was joined by her fiancé Billy Delbosq and their twins, wore a yellow tracksuit co-ord for the flight to Portugal.

Amy has sparked concern recently with her new slimmed-down appearance after dropping two stone but has now revealed the reason for her extreme weight loss.

The reality personality addressed the weight loss and cruel trolling she’s received as a result of it in an emotional interview. 

She told OK! Magazine: ‘I’m going through so much at the minute that the weight has fallen off me. I worry about my mum constantly. She’s very emotional – she thinks she’s going to have another heart attack.’

‘People think I’m not eating, but I do eat. To be honest, I do feel better when I’m a bit heavier than I am at the moment. There’s so much going on at the minute – it’s the result of pure stress. We’re also having renovations done in the midst of parenting four kids.’ 

Amy added: ‘But I’m strong, I’ve been in this industry for 15 years. I’ve had lots of people concerned about me, which I completely understand, but yes, people can be so quick to judge.’

Amy went on to explain how she once tried using weight-loss injections 18 months ago, but it made her ‘so ill she threw up three or four times’.  

Amy has called off her wedding to her fiancé Billy after a stressful period dealing with her mother’s ill health and her own extreme weight loss.

The reality star, who is said to be ‘gutted’ over the decision, has reportedly decided to cancel their impending nuptials to focus on her personal life.

Amy and her partner were pushing the prams of their twins, Billy River and Amelia Mae, as they took their children away with them on the trip.

The mother of four, whose other two children were not on the getaway, looked fresh-faced and wore her in a bouncy blown out look.

Amy was carrying a raffia Loewe bag on her arm and sported a pair of chunky beige sandals, finishing her look with a pair of Louis Vuitton shades.

She was joined by happy couple Junaid Ahmed and Joe Blackman, who both were dressed in hoodies and shorts.
