Joey EsSєx has put his £2.2m EsSєx mansion up for rent for a whopping £10,000 a month after deciding to leave the UK for a year to train as a boxer.
The reality star, 34, has signed himself up to undergo intensive training at gyms in Los Angeles and Dubai.
He is reportedly getting in shape to tackle some of the biggest names in boxing, including KSI, Jake Paul and YouTuber Deji Olatunji.
The five-bedroom spacious mansion is in a gated property with its own swimming pool, H๏τ tub, and bar area and has been praised by estate agent Durden & Hunt for its desirable location.
It is described as being ‘the epitome of modern luxury living’ and comes complete with a large, sprawling garden with its own mini tennis court.
Inside, the bedrooms are spacious, as is the kitchen and living area, and there is even a pool room, making the mansion perfect for entertaining.

Joey, while known for reality TV, is connected to the world of boxing through his uncle, who is British trainer Tony Sims.
He is being supported with his boxing dreams by Misfits Boxing, whose co-founder, Mams Taylor, said he has got the commitment needed to succeed in the ring.
Mams said said: ‘Joey’s got family background in boxing so I think he’s excited to get in the ring and we’re excited to have him.
‘Joey’s going to be very committed, we’ve spoken daily for the last few days and he’s really on it.’
MissFits was launched in 2022 by YouTuber KSI and boxing promoter Mams.
Mams perviously SunSport that Joey needs to take his training seriously but said he is ‘not someone who’s gonna do this half-a****’.
He added: ‘I’m very confident we’ll see Joey EsSєx in a Misfits ring, very soon.
‘Sooner rather than later.’

Joey’s decision to take a break from the UK comes after his Baby Reindeer-style stalker was deemed ‘unfit to stand trial’.
The obsessed online fan allegedly bombarded the reality star, 34, with 100,000 messages, including some which contained apparent death threats towards his then girlfriend Jessy Potts, whom he met during 2024’s Love Island.
But according to The Sun, police have now agreed criminal prosecution would not be the most appropriate course of action, with Joey instead being protected through safeguarding interventions.
MailOnline have contacted Joey’s representatives for comment regarding the news.
The former TOWIE star, who split from Jessy in September just seven weeks after leaving the ITV villa, contacted Cheshire Police in August of last year after becoming concerned about the violent nature of some of the sinister messages.
He told The Sun at the time: ‘I love my fans and want to be able to talk to them online but there has to be a line somewhere and sadly this is it.’
