Scarlett Johansson put on a loved-up display with her husband Colin Jost at a screening of her new film Eleanor the Great at the Cannes Film Festival on Tuesday. 

The actress, 40, shared a smooch with her partner, 42, who is best known for starring on sketch show Saturday Night Live. 

The couple, who got married in 2020 after three years of dating, leaned in for a kiss after taking their seats to watch the film.

Scarlett cut a glamorous figure for the screening of her debut film as a director, slipping slipping into a black sleeveless midi dress.

The film star added height to her frame with a pair of black heels and styled her blonde locks into an updo. 

Completing her look with a pair of silver earrings, Scarlett looked in good spirits as she addressed the crowd before the screening.

Eleanor The Great is a drama about a 94-year-old woman (played by June Squibb) who  strikes up an unlikely friendship with a 19-year-old student named Nina (Erin Kellyman) in New York City.

Also making an appearance at the film festival was Ellie Bamber who displayed her taut midriff in a black crop top.

The actress, 28, also sported a dark blue knee-length skirt which she paired with a dark brown belt.

Wrapping up in a black jacket, Ellie completed her outfit with brown shoes and a matching handbag.    

It comes after Saturday Night Live fans gushed over the sweet onscreen kiss as they closed out the show’s 50th season finale.

The actress, who shares a three-year-old son, Cosmo, with her husband, broke a record as she became the first woman to host the show seven times. 

In a promo clip for the episode, Johansson, 40, screamed at the top of her lungs at the thought of kissing her 42-year-old husband, who she married in 2020. 

The hilarious sketch, clearly inspired by her upcoming Jurᴀssic Park film, shows the Avengers star running in terror as Jost chases her.

However, by the end of Saturday’s episode, Jost finally caught up with her and secured his kiss after presenting his wife with a big bouquet of roses.
