Prime Video has axed ten shows in a devastating blow to fans – but did your favourite survive the cull?
Almost Paradise
The comedy drama lasted two seasons and delved into the story of drug enforcement officer Alex Walker (Christian Kane) who takes an early retirement and moves to live nearby a beach.
However, he soon realises the area is full of resorts housing ‘the rich and famous criminals of the world,’ according to the synopsis.
Both seasons of the action series, directed by Dean Devlin, consist of ten episodes each.
Since Amazon Freevee, which the show was based on, has been cancelled, Almost Paradise is set to be cut too.
Fans may be in luck, however, as producer Dean has reportedly shared he is ‘looking for a new home’ for the show.
